resumo patente de invenção: "implante espinhal intervertebral". a presente invenção refere-se a um implante espinhal intervertebral em forma de corpo conformado, onde um lado convexo e um lado côncavo se conectam aos lados de apoio opostos, um ao outro, dotados de projeções para penetrar na parede do corpo vertebral, possuindo furos para tecido ósseo, onde está situado um elemento que coopera com a ferramenta de instalação e onde, cada lado de apoio é dotado de no mínimo duas sapatas guia deslizantes, que constituem projeções para penetração na parede do corpo vertebral. sapatas guia deslizantes são situadas de maneira divergente ao lado convexo do corpo no sentido do lado convexo e da parte posterior do corpo. sapatas guia deslizantes são dotadas de uma superfície lisa do lado convexo do corpo e de uma superfície áspera do lado côncavo do corpo. o lado côncavo do corpo é dotado de no mínimo uma guia e o lado convexo do corpo de no mínimo uma diretriz. o fundo da diretriz constitui uma estrutura espacial (tridimensional) formada por hastes, que preenche o interior do corpo e constitui um apoio construído para sapatas guia deslizantes e a para guia, e também para facilitar sobre crescimento ósseo.
