Abstract
processo para preparar cloro a partir de cloreto de hidrogênio e uso de cloreto de hidrogênio líquido a invenção diz respeito a um método para produzir cloro a partir de cloreto de hidrogênio compreendendo as seguintes etapas: a) preparo de um fluxo de cloreto de hidrogênio líquida a disponível com um fluxo refrigerante; b) alimentação de pelo menos um fluxo b1 que contém cloreto de hidrogênio e um fluxo b2 que contém oxigênio em uma zona de oxidação de cloreto de hidrogênio e oxidação catalítica de cloreto de hidrogênio em cloro, dando uma corrente de gás de produto b3 compreendendo cloro, água, oxigênio, dióxido de carbono e gases inertes; c) colocar o fluxo de gás de produto b3 em contato com ácido clorídrico aquoso i em um aparelho de contato de fases e separação parcial de água e cloreto de hidrogênio da corrente b3, deixando um fluxo de gás e compreendendo cloreto de hidrogênio, cloro, água, oxigênio, dióxido de carbono e possivelmente gases inertes; d) secagem do fluxo de gás c para deixar um fluxo de gás d essencialmente sem água compreendendo cloreto de hidrogênio, cloro, oxigênio, dióxido de carbono e possivelmente gases inertes; e) liquefação parcial da corrente de gás do fluxo por compressão e resfriamento, um fluxo pelo menos parcialmente liquefeito e sendo obtido; f) separação gás/líquido do fluxo e em um fluxo de gás f1 compreendendo cloro, oxigênio, dióxido de carbono, cloreto de hidrogênio e possívelmente gases inertes e um fluxo líquido f2 compreendendo cloreto de hidrogênio, cloro, oxigênio e dióxido de carbono e opcionalmente recirculação de pelo menos parte do fluxo de gás f1 na etapa b); g) separação do fluxo líquido f2 por destilação em uma coluna para dar um fluxo de cloro g1 e um fluxo g2 que consiste substancialmente em cloreto de hidrogênio, oxigênio e dióxido de carbono; o resfriamento e liquefação parcial do fluxo de gás d na etapa e) sendo o resultado da troca de calor com o fluxo de cloreto de hidrogênio líquida a,pelo menos uma parte dop fluxo de cloreto de hidrogênio líquido a sendo evaporado e esta parte sendo obtida como um fluxo de cloreto de hidrogênio gasoso a'.Process for Preparing Chlorine from Hydrogen Chloride and Using Liquid Hydrogen Chloride The invention relates to a method for producing chlorine from hydrogen chloride comprising the following steps: a) preparing a flow of liquid hydrogen chloride at available with a refrigerant flow; b) feeding at least one hydrogen chloride-containing stream b1 and oxygen-containing stream b2 into a zone of hydrogen chloride oxidation and catalytic oxidation of hydrogen chloride to chlorine giving a gas stream of product b3 comprising chlorine , water, oxygen, carbon dioxide and inert gases; c) contacting the gas stream of product b3 with aqueous hydrochloric acid i in a phase contact apparatus and partially separating water and hydrogen chloride from stream b3, leaving a gas stream and comprising hydrogen chloride, chlorine, water, oxygen, carbon dioxide and possibly inert gases; d) drying the gas stream c to leave a gas stream d essentially without water comprising hydrogen chloride, chlorine, oxygen, carbon dioxide and possibly inert gases; e) partial liquefaction of the gas stream from the compression and cooling flow, a flow that is at least partially liquefied and being obtained; f) gas / liquid separation from the flow and into a gas flow f1 comprising chlorine, oxygen, carbon dioxide, hydrogen chloride and possibly inert gases and a liquid flow f2 comprising hydrogen chloride, chlorine, oxygen and carbon dioxide and optionally recirculation of at least part of gas stream f1 in step b); g) separating the liquid stream f2 by distillation on a column to give a chlorine stream g1 and a stream g2 consisting substantially of hydrogen chloride, oxygen and carbon dioxide; cooling and partial liquefaction of the gas stream d in step e) being the result of heat exchange with the liquid hydrogen chloride flow at at least a part of the liquid hydrogen chloride flow being evaporated and this part being obtained as a flow of gaseous hydrogen chloride a '.
