Abstract

método e aparelho para gerenciamento de qualidade de experiência para serviços de rede. a presente invenção provê uma solução de gerenciamento de qoe é utilizado para otimizar o uso de técnicas de aprovisionamento de qos, desse modo melhorando a eficiência de utilização de recursos de rede. de acordo com um aspecto da invenção, um método para gerenciamento de qoe para um serviço de rede fornecido para um dispositivo de usuário, o método compreendendo: exibir uma interfface de usuário no dispositivo de usuário para um usuário entrar um valor de qoe esperado do serviço de rede; receber o valor de qoe esperado do serviço de rede a partir do usuário; avaliar de qoe objetivo do serviço de rede como uma função de parâmetros de qos de rede; e ajustar os parâmetros de qos do serviço de rede se o valor de qoe objetivo for menor do que o valor de qoe esperado.
