Abstract

recuperação de conta de usuário. um método de recuperação de conta de usuário é descrito. o método inclui armazenar um token de recuperação de conta em ambos um sistema de gerenciamento de identidade (idm) e em um provedor de serviços. em resposta a uma indicação de que um usuário não pode acessar uma conta, é enviando um pedido para o token de recuperação de conta pelo provedor de serviços relevantes para o idm. ao confirmar a identidade do usuário, o idm recupera o tokken de recuperação de conta e retorna o token para o provedor de serviços. o provedor de serviços compara o token recebidoo do idm com um ou mais tokens armazenados localmente para iniciar um processo de recuperação de conta (que processo pode, por exemplo, incluir avisar o usuário para fornecer uma nova senha para a conta).
