métodos e disposições para armazenamento de dióxido de carbono em formações geológicas subterrâneas. a invenção refere-se a uma disposição (1) para injetar co~2 ~ em um estado supercrítico em uma formação geológica subterrânea (2), sendo que a dita disposição compreende: um conduto (3) que tem uma porção proximal (4) e uma porção distal (5), em que pelo menos parte da dita porção distal (5) se estende em uma direção substancialmente horizontal; sendo que múltiplas abrturas (6a a 6z) são fornecidas na dita porção distal (4) do dito conduto (3) para injeção co~2 ~ na dita formação geológica (2); em que as ditas múltiplas aberturas ( 6a a 6z) são dotadas de meios limitadores de efluxo (7) para limitar a taxa de fluxo de co~2 ~ através da dita abertura respectiva (6a a 6z) na dita formação geológica (2). a invenção também se refere a um método para armazenamento de co~2 ~pela dita disposição.
