Abstract

processo de guarnição para reforçar uma tubulação à manutenção axial e á manutenção à pressão interna. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de guarnição que permite fabricar um tubo reforçado no qual se efetuam as seguintes operações : se deposita uma camada de reforço 2 em torno de um tubo metálico para deformar plasticamente o tubo metálico,aplicando uma pressão p2 no compartimento z2, a força sendo determinada para introduzir um esforço de compressão no tubo metálico, após relaxamento da força, e- se impõe uma pressão p1 no compartimento z1 para aplicar uma pressão sobre a parede interna do tubo metálico, a fim de deformar plasticamente o tubo metálico, a pressão sendo determinada para introduzir um esforço de compressão no tubo metálico, a fim de deformar plasticamente o tubo metálico, após relaxamento da força, e-se impõe uma pressão p1 no compartimento z1 para aplicar uma pressão sobre a parede interna do metálico, a fim de deformar plasticamente o tubo metálico, a pressão sendo determinada oara introduzir um esforço de compressão no tubo metálico, após relaxamento da pressão. o fato de os dois compartimentos z1 e z2 serem distintos e independentes permite aplicar pressões p1 e p2 independentemente um do outro. assim, o processo permite aplicar pré-esforços radiais e axiais independentes, de forma a otimizar a resistência do tubo guarnecido
