Abstract
métodos e aparelhos para formação in situ de implantes cirúrgicos. a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo configurado para aplicação e formação de um implante dentro de uma cavidade. o dispositivo pode compreender um cateter que compreende pelo menos um primeiro lúmen; um balão acoplado a uma extremidade mais distante do cateter, o balão sendo configurado para uma inserção pelo menos parcial na e expansão dentro da cavidade; um meio para introduzir um iniciador de gelificação no balão através do pelo menos primeiro lúmen; um meio par introduzir, no balão, um polímero através do pelo menos primeiro lúmen, o polímero sendo susceptível à solidificação quando em contato com o iniciador de gelificação; e um meio para romper o balão e extrair o balão rompido da cavidade de modo que o implante formado permaneça dentro e diretamente contate uma superfície interna da cavidade.
