Abstract
estrutura de montagem de palheta de guia de bocal de entrada de turbina para motor de turbina a gás radial. a presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para canalizar gases de combustão para uma turbina em um motor de turbina a gás. o motor tem um compressor para fornecer ar comprimido, uma câmara de combustão para realizar a combustão de combustível com o ar comprimido para fornecer gases de combustão, e uma turbina de influxo radial tendo uma entrada configurada para receber os gases de combustão. a turbina é rotativa em torno de um eixo para expandir os gases de combustão para produzir trabalho. o aparelho inclui uma submontagem de várias palhetas de guia de bocal fixadas entre um par de paredes laterais em formato de anel espaçadas. um par de suportes espaçados é configurado para posicionar a submontagem entre os mesmos, concêntricos com o eixo, e adjacentes à entrada de turbina. o aparelho ainda inclui várias montagens de parafuso se estendendo axialmente através do par de suportes, aberturas nas paredes laterais, e furos nas palhetas de guia. as aberturas de parede lateral e furos de palheta de guia têm uma dimensão interna na direção radial dimensionada e configurada para acomodar o movimento radial deslizante de expansão e/ou contração térmica da submontagem com relação aos suportes.
