Abstract

vedação de extremidades de módulos fotovoltaicos a presente refere-se a um método para vedação das bordas de módulos fotovoltaicos, compreendendo as etapas de i) fornecer um módulo fotovoltaico 12 aplicamdp pelo menos um laminado fotovoltaico 1 a um transportador 8; ii) tratar o módulo fotovoltaico produzido na etapa i) ao longo da região da borda do laminado fotovoltaico por meio de um pré-tratamento de plasma ou por aplicação de chama por meio de uma chama de gás, que tanto a região da borda do laminado fotovoltaico e, pelo menos parcialmente, o transportador são detectados pelo pré-tratamento de plasma ou aplicação de chama; e iii) aplicar uma massa de vedação 9, pelo menos parcilamente no local recoberto, em que a massa de vedação é uma composição de silicone ou uma composição com base em poli(met)acrilatos terminados em silano.
