Abstract

equipamento para rápida dispersão de poliacrilamida e processo de fraturamento de poço. é descrito um equipamento compacto e transportável, rápido para iniciar e independente, permitindo dissolver em concentração elevada, em períodos de tempo muito curtos, quantidades substanciais de pó de poliacrilamida e concebido para ser usado em operações fraturamento de campos de gás ou de petróleo, através do qual o equipamento, sucessivamente, inclui: uma área de armazenamenti de polímero; um funil vertical para transferência de polímero; uma fonte de alimentação de tubo acima; um dispositivo de dispersão de polímero tipo psu; um tanque de armazenamento e desgaseificação do polímero em solução; uma bomba volumétrica para injetar e dosar a solução de polímero obtida na sucção da bomba de alta pressão, permitindo o trabalho de fraturamento.
