Abstract

TELA DE TITÂNIO RECOBERTA POR FILME DE POLIPROPILENO BIOCOMPATÍVEL PARA RECOBRIMENTO E PROTEÇÃO DE ENXERTOS ÓSSEOS/BIOMATERIAIS E PROCESSO DE OBTENÇÃO. A presente invenção pertence ao setor de biomateriais para recobrimento e proteção de enxertos ósseos/biomateriais, e se refere, mais especificamente, a uma tela de titânio, recoberta por película de filme de polipropileno biocompatível, que visa obter aumento de volume ósseo, usando biomateriais ou usando enxertos nas suas mais variadas formas, como osso autógeno (osso do próprio indivíduo), alógeno (osso de indivíduos da mesma espécie), xenógeno (osso de indivíduos de espécies diferentes) para instalação posterior de implantes osteointegráveis. Quando usada a tela protegida com filme de polipropileno da presente patente, bloqueando as perfurações, os materiais usados para aumento de volume não penetram nas perfurações da tela, pois estão bloqueadas pelo filme de polipropileno, deixando essas telas 100% impermeáveis. Desse modo, fica fácil a remoção da tela e como não há penetração de materiais nas perfurações, os implantes são instalados em grande quantidade de tecido ósseo conseguido. Com a tela de titânio com o filme de polipropileno, diferentemente quando não apresenta essa proteção, não exige o seu total recobrimento por retalhos cirúrgicos, facilitando a técnica cirúrgica, evitando dessa forma, complicações pós-operatórias, devido exposições que ocorrem frequentemente das telas desprotegidas. Além disso, obtém-se a vantagem de poder manter a tela intencionalmente exposta ao meio bucal, colocada sobre os materiais usados para se conseguir aumento de volume ósseo, independentemente dos materiais usados sob ela, quer sejam enxertos ou biomateriais (materiais sintéticos). Este fato, traz um maior conforto para o paciente, uma vez que proporciona um pós-operatório com baixíssima morbidade e uma rápida recuperação.
