Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO E PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO DE FERTILIZANTE GRANULAR ENCAPSULADO MULTICAMADA. A invenção refere-se à composição e ao processo de produção de um fertilizante granular encapsulado multicamada, cujos grânulos são constituídos por um núcleo potássico e/ou nitrogenado, uma primeira camada de encapsulamento contendo micronutrientes e bentonita, uma segunda camada contendo compostos a base de cálcio, e ainda, uma terceira camada de encapsulamento, com uma película biopolimérica protetora semipermeável. A invenção também refere-se ao processo de produção do fertilizante compreendendo as etapas de: inserção da matéria-prima potássica e/ou nitrogenada (1), compactação (2), nucleação (3), peneiramento (4), armazenamento dos núcleos (5) em silo, granulação (6) que compreende em um mesmo equipamento, os estágios subsequentes: de alimentação dos núcleos no equipamento granulador (61), encapsulamento 01 (62) dos núcleos com uma mistura polvilhada (7) de bentonita mineral (71) com fontes de micronutrientes (72) e encapsulamento 02 (63) com uma mistura polvilhada (8) de minerais fontes de cálcio (81) com aditivos ligantes e aglomerantes em pó (82), ambas através da pulverização (611) simultânea de uma solução aquosa ligante, seguida por etapas de secagem (9), peneiramento (11) e encapsulamento 03 dos grânulos (13) mediante aplicação de um biopolímero (14), sendo finalizado com ensaque (15) do produto.COMPOSITION AND PRODUCTION PROCESS OF MULTI-LAYER ENCAPSULATED GRANULAR FERTILIZER. The invention relates to the composition and production process of a multilayer encapsulated granular fertilizer, whose granules consist of a potassium and/or nitrogen core, a first encapsulation layer containing micronutrients and bentonite, a second layer containing compounds based on calcium, and yet, a third layer of encapsulation, with a semipermeable protective biopolymer film. The invention also refers to the fertilizer production process comprising the steps of: insertion of the potassium and/or nitrogenous raw material (1), compaction (2), nucleation (3), sieving (4), storage of the nuclei ( 5) in a silo, granulation (6) comprising, in the same equipment, the subsequent stages: feeding the cores into the granulating equipment (61), encapsulation 01 (62) of the cores with a sprinkled mixture (7) of mineral bentonite (71 ) with sources of micronutrients (72) and encapsulation 02 (63) with a sprinkled mixture (8) of mineral sources of calcium (81) with binder additives and powder binders (82), both through the simultaneous spraying (611) of a binder aqueous solution, followed by drying steps (9), sieving (11) and encapsulation 03 of the granules (13) by applying a biopolymer (14), ending with bagging (15) of the product.
