Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um vestuário de segurança reversível com iluminação própria e têxteis reflexivos e conversível em pochete, pertencente ao setor técnico têxtil, com aplicação na área de segurança, mais particularmente trata-se de uma vestimenta de segurança reversível, dobrável em forma de pochete com cinto, e que se converte em diferentes modelos de vestimenta dependendo de utilizá-la pelo anverso ou pelo avesso, com a principal funcionalidade de tornar o usuário facilmente visível e dessa forma protegê-lo em todos os cenários possíveis. O vestuário compreende um corpo (1), que pode ser uma peça de vestuário ou um acessório, dotado de sistema autônomo de iluminação (2) alimentado por bateria (3), confeccionado no anverso inteiramente em têxtil reflexivo (4) e no avesso em material têxtil vinílico ou similar (4’) de cores claras, intensas e luminosas e parcialmente com materiais reflexivos (7), onde o sistema autônomo de iluminação (2) é integrado ao tecido da peça, e alimentado por uma bateria (3) a qual é integrada ao módulo de comando (5) e na face posterior da peça, o corpo (1) é dotado de um bolso (8) com zíper (9), apropriado para acomodar o cinto destacável (101) da pochete (100).

[002] O vestuário de segurança reversível, objeto da presente invenção, apresenta-se no avesso confeccionado inteiramente com tecidos reflexivos e tem, incorporados no tecido, componentes luminosos na forma de fio, cinta ou em desenhos especiais e que são alimentados por energia elétrica armazenada em baterias de lítio ou outros materiais ou ainda outros sistemas geradores de energia eléctrica. [012] Assim, tem-se que a técnica das patentes mais estreitamente relacionadas à presente invenção pode ser resumida da seguinte maneira: existem coletes, jaquetas e outras vestimentas de segurança e desportivas confeccionadas com materiais parcial ou totalmente reflexivos, com luz LED ou outros sistemas luminosos, que tentam resolver o problema da visibilidade no dia ou na noite, em ambientes com alta, média, baixa ou nula luminosidade e/ou visibilidade, porém o resolvem só parcialmente ou de maneira incompleta. [016] As vantagens apresentadas pela invenção são as seguintes:
- A presente invenção é uma vestimenta de segurança dobrável (colete, jaqueta, blusa, cobre-mochila, calça, bermuda, short, etc.), que pode ser guardada dentro da pochete com cinto que faz parte do corpo da vestimenta;
- A vestimenta pode ser usada tanto do lado direito (anverso), quanto do lado avesso;
- O anverso apresenta os elementos luminosos (que exibem duas opções: luz fixa ou intermitente) alimentados por uma bateria recarregável, e está confeccionada inteiramente em material têxtil cem por cento reflexivo e projetada para ser vista em cenários escuros ou locais fechados com pouca iluminação;
- O avesso da peça de vestuário é confeccionado com materiais têxteis de cores claras, intensas e luminosas, apropriadas para serem vistas em cenários externos com luz solar ou locais com iluminação intensa;

- À luz do dia ou sob iluminação intensa, o usuário desdobra a vestimenta a partir do interior da pochete para apresentar o avesso da peça, o qual está confeccionado em material têxtil de cores claras, luminosas e intensas, tendo assim a vantagem de aumentar a definição e visibilidade do portador;
