Abstract

O presente pedido de privilégio de invenção é voltado principalmente ao setor ergonômico e se refere a um equipamento inovador empregado no apoio de qualquer tipo de mochila usada por motociclistas, transferindo o peso total ou parcial dos ombros para o suporte. O suporte para mochila poderá ser fabricado em diversos materiais e com diversas características, seja pela indústria metal mecânica, polímero ou qualquer outro material e técnica de fabricação que tenha resistência mecânica suficiente para o fim que ele se aplica. O suporte para mochilas (1) é formado, por garras inferiores (2) providas de hastes (3) que suportam os apoios longitudinais (4) onde o peso da mochila será descarregado. O ajuste e travamento do suporte nos pontos laterais das alças da motocicleta acontece após o encaixe das garras inferiores (2) e o aperto das porcas (8) pertencentes às barras roscadas transversais (7) que transpassam as hastes (3). Para executar a retirada do suporte, basta o usuário afrouxar as porcas, liberando assim as garras das alças. Com isso, não há a necessidade de remover qualquer item da motocicleta para introduzir o suporte, mantendo a originalidade do veículo e facilitando a instalação do suporte.

The present application for the privilege of invention is mainly aimed at the ergonomic sector and refers to an innovative piece of equipment used to support any type of backpack used by motorcyclists, transferring the total or partial weight of the shoulders to the support. O bagageiro conta com um trinco (12) dotado de uma mola (13) encarregado de mantê-lo sempre na posição engatada. [011] Por fim, o registro MU8902499-0 pleiteia uma bolsa para motos compreendida por um reservatório central e dois laterais de menor tamanho fechados superiormente por zíperes (12), dotado de alças laterais opostas e abertas, com fechamento por meia-lua de metal, alça de maior comprimento que contém em seu interior uma tira de nylon para aumentar a resistência e permite o transporte da bolsa à tiracolo. Detailed description of the invention

[016] Conforme a Figura 1, o suporte para mochilas (1) é formado, basicamente, por garras inferiores (2) providas de hastes (3) que suportam os apoios longitudinais (4) onde o peso da mochila será depositado. Entre os apoios existem chapas (5) encarregadas de unir as duas partes do suporte e de enrijecer a estrutura. O ajuste e travamento do suporte nos pontos laterais das alças (9) da motocicleta (ilustradas na Figura 2) acontece após o encaixe das garras inferiores (2) e o aperto das porcas (8) pertencentes às barras roscadas transversais (7) que transpassam as hastes (3).
