Abstract

DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO PARA AUTENTICAÇÃO DE HARDWARE E/OU SOFTWARE EMBARCADO. A presente invenção se situa nos campos das Engenharias de Computação, Eletrônica e Elétrica. Mais especificamente, a invenção se refere a um dispositivo e a um método para verificar a autenticidade de um hardware e/ou seu software embarcado. O método da invenção compreende os passos de: a) obter um registro identificado de cada dispositivo único de hardware e software; b) interrogar subsequentemente este mesmo dispositivo único de hardware e software, para a comparação do referido registro identificado obtido na interrogação com aquele previamente registrado; e c) identificar a corrupção, adulteração e/ou invasão/eavesdropping do conjunto hardware/software embarcado quando a comparação dos registros não. A presente invenção é particularmente útil para a autenticação de hardware e/ou software embarcado, identificação de eavesdropping e/ou de adulteração de hardware e/ou software, localmente ou remotamente, periodicamente ou continuamente. A invenção é útil, dentre outros, para assegurar a fidedignidade de dados e/ou métricas de relevância técnica e/ou econômica.
