Description

SELF-SUFFICIENT SYSTEM FOR ASSEMBLY OF ARTISTIC BRUSHES, AND RESPECTIVE SET OF INPUTS AND COMPONENTS

[001] Its object is the description and visual presentation of a self-sufficient system for assembling artistic brushes / pens, and its respective set of inputs and components, framed in the sectorial segment of office supplies, drawing and artistic painting, itself.

[002] More assertively, the aforementioned system / set stands out for providing the user with an independent way of assembling, choosing and preparing, with greater freedom and at their pleasure, of their own paint brush / pen, in the color and tone you want, eliminating the need to purchase conventional ready-made sets, which are usually quickly disposable, without versatility and with a short useful life, also not offering the option of mixing nuances, gradations and varieties of hues, unlike what happens in the object of the patent application now disclosed.

[003] Thus, in addition to the autonomy provided by the aforementioned preparation system in the desired color, the user will also have a kit composed of the inputs and components necessary for the assembly of each brush / pen, also aided by an exclusive guide table of proportional mixtures of the inks that make up the set, indicating the number of drops to obtain the shades exemplified in it, however, with total freedom if you want to modify the suggestions given, aiming at obtaining differentiated hues.

[004] As is known mainly by those skilled in the technique, the execution of some types of writings, drawings, paintings and formation of words or texts with stylized letters (lettering), are usually also carried out through marker brushes with humidifiable tips. or felt-tip pens, receiving a high preference from artists, writers and designers in general, given the ease of handling such types of art/writing tools.

[005] It so happens that such tools are made available to the market in sets or units with predetermined colors, greatly limiting the creativity and quality of the work, since they do not allow the preparation and respective use of varied and/or alternative shades, restricting much the idealizations and pretensions of its executor.

[006] Another problem found in conventional artistic brushes / pens, hangs in the short useful life, the vast majority of which are not refillable, and when reinsertion of the ink is allowed, these should normally be carried out only in the acquired primary shades, without provide conditions or even explanations to obtain different nuances, forcing the user to spend larger amounts to make constant acquisitions of colors or sets that have already faded, sometimes causing interruption and the necessary reassessment, redirection of the works, or, in In the latter case, the use of the artist's creativity, even if unwillingly, to supply the desired and missing tones, notably when the possibility of acquiring new items proves occasionally difficult, either for financial or accessibility reasons, given that artistic materials of drawing, painting, writing and the like are commonly available in specialized establishments .

• g) pintar a etiqueta adesiva com a cor final obtida e fixá-la no topo da tampa de proteção e fechamento, identificando sua tonalidade, que poderá, inclusive, receber também uma numeração auxiliar ou qualquer outro tipo de marcação distintiva adequada.

• e) closing said final edge of the brush/pen tubular body with the end button, sealing it properly;
• f) place the tip in the tubular body of the brush / pen, pushing it gently until it penetrates the absorption wick, so that the set will be ready for use as soon as the ink completely fills the tip and reaches its contact tip, then it can be directed to the surface to be painted, written, drawn, etc.;
• g) paint the adhesive label with the final color obtained and affix it to the top of the protective and closing cover, identifying its shade, which may also receive an auxiliary numbering or any other type of appropriate distinctive marking.

• - a figura 13 exemplifica também, em partes esquemáticas, o sequenciamento de montagem do pincel / caneta; e,
• - a figura 14 mostra as etiquetas adesivas para serem fixadas no topo das tampas, após pintadas com a cor que irá identificar cada pincel / caneta.

[013] Considering the aforementioned illustrations, analyzed together with this description, the patent application in question refers to a self-sufficient system for assembling artistic brushes / pens, and their respective set of inputs and components, framed in the sectoral segment of office supplies, drawing and artistic painting, properly speaking, having been conceived, designed and developed in order to provide the user with an independent way of assembling, choosing and preparing paint brushes / pens in the colors and shades desired, through a kit (1) with the supplies and components necessary for the aforementioned purposes, being available in a box (2) with dividers (3), comprising tubes / paint bottles (4) in different colors, guide table (5) and tube ( 6) for mixing paints, adhesive labels (7) to indicate the finished shade on each brush/pen (8), protective and closing caps (9), tips (10), bodies tubes (11), absorption wicks (12) and end buttons (13) for closing the end edges (14) of said tubular bodies (11), and in the case of the guide table (5) for mixing the paints, the same consists of the image of a tube / bottle (4) dripping onto the mixing tube (6), flanked by three columns (15) of tonal bands, each one indicating a gradual change in color to another, passing, in a vertical direction , by the variations of hues between the aforementioned colors, bringing, in numbers exposed at the ends (16) of each strip, the amount of drops that must be applied for each nuance.

[014] It is worth noting that regardless of the description and representation of the self-sufficient system for assembling artistic brushes / pens, and their respective set of inputs and components revealed here, nothing prevents them from having their characteristics and technical capabilities altered, given the possibility of updating versions, maintaining or even improving the performance achieved, being also unlimited in its volumetric, dimensional aspects and types of suitable usable raw materials, logically without departing from the spirit and scope of what has now been explained, ending, therefore, in a very useful innovation that meets the essential requirements of novelty, inventive step and industrial application necessary for the protection sought.

“SELF-SUFFICIENT SYSTEM FOR ASSEMBLY OF ARTISTIC BRUSHES, AND RESPECTIVE SET OF INPUTS AND COMPONENTS”, characterized by constituting a system that provides the user with an independent way of assembling, choosing and preparing paint brushes / pens in the desired colors and shades, through a kit (1) with the necessary inputs and components for the aforementioned purposes.
