Abstract
Patent of Invention that aims to create labeling of textile products in Quick Response Two-Dimensional Bar Code. Rapid Response Two-Dimensional Barcode labeling is intended to reduce the production of physical items, reduce costs, facilitate and optimize labor in textile products and create new opportunities for labeling companies and application developers for this type of tag. The label with the Two-Dimensional Quick Response Bar Code, in small size (in a dimension that contains the information required by law) will be fixed or printed next to the label with the brand of the part. The user has easy access to the data contained in this label and for as long as the part is usable, simply by approaching the smartphone or other equipment that reads the Two-Dimensional Quick Response Bar Code.
Description
The present invention patent aims to create labeling of textile products in Quick Response Two-Dimensional Bar Code.
Currently, product labeling rules require that labels contain descriptive items, in the case of t-shirts, pants, dresses and other apparel, bedding, tableware and bath products, fabrics and lingerie. The labels must present the company's name or corporate name, tax identification, size of the piece, description of the textile fibers used, country of origin, conservation care, among other data arising from local and international requirements. Labels are typically made of durable material that will not fade or dissolve. Fabrics such as satin, resin polyamide or rubberized polyamide, among others, are generally used.
In view of these traditional uses of labels and the use of materials that are often discarded by users/consumers, losing their primary function and utility, the idea of transforming a necessary item into a differentiated form arose. More and more in the world there is a growing concern with environmental issues, in the reuse and reuse of materials, in order to avoid waste. Labeling through Rapid Response Two-Dimensional Barcodes aims to reduce the production of physical items, reduce costs, facilitate and optimize labor in textile products and create new opportunities for labeling companies and application developers for this type. label.
People often remove the labels from textile products, which contain the legally required specifications, because they are large, cause discomfort and even become aesthetically ugly. When these pieces of clothing, bed, table and bath are passed on (donations, resale) who will receive them will no longer be able to know data referring to them, as they are no longer attached to the product.
Thinking about protecting and maintaining information, recycling, social responsibility, saving time, money, speeding up information, using technology to make people's lives easier, as everyone has the right and respect to know the data, the information basic care and the necessary care for the conservation of the product you are receiving, even if it is already “second hand”, the applicability of this idea becomes important and essential.
There is the possibility of using the Two-Dimensional Quick Response Bar Code for traceability, blockchain certification or other form of control, guaranteeing access to data in an agile way, with minimum cost and an easy-to-use program, requiring a program to describe the inherent characteristics of the product. Designer or differentiated pieces would also benefit from this application.
