Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um curativo médico compreendendo superfície adesiva porosa e uma almofada contendo um fungicida, para tratar doenças fúngicas da pele e de anexos da pele, como pelos e unhas, entretanto curativo para tratar doenças fúngicas, não limita o invento, podendo o mesmo ser apropriado para tratar infecções ou prevenir infecções causadas por outros microorganismos patogênicos como bactérias e ainda como adjuvante na cicatrização de feridas. O curativo é de fácil aplicação e estando fixado sobre o tecido infectado, a almofada é umedecida com gotas de água para iniciar o tratamento, sem a necessidade diária de substituir o curativo, apenas umedecendo a almofada ativa por um período a cada 24 horas. Uma vantagem da patente de invenção é o fato do liquido usado ser água destilada, potável ou até soro fisiológico e a bandagem fungicida ativa é preferivelmente selecionada de algodão de um sal sólido de um agente fungicida como o tereftalato de potássio, que se mostra como princípio ativo único ou em formulações para combater doenças fúngicas.
