PROCESS AND COMPOSITION CONTAINING POWDER ACTIVE FOR CAPILLARY USE

[001] A presente invenção trata da composição e processo de preparação de formulações cosméticas (xampu e condicionador) contendo o gel de Aloe vera em pó como princípio ativo. Obtendo um produto com potenciais benefícios nos cabelos na reparação do estado da cutícula, efeito anti-frizz, aumento no brilho dos cabelos, diminuição da queda capilar e da descamação do couro cabeludo.[001] The present invention deals with the composition and preparation process of cosmetic formulations (shampoo and conditioner) containing Aloe vera gel powder as an active ingredient. E os condicionadores são formulações utilizadas após o xampu, e são formadas basicamente por uma fase oleosa e uma fase aquosa que são aquecidas e emulsionadas. Apresentam em sua composição tensoativos catiônicos que condicionam os fios ao se aderirem à superfície da fibra capilar, e quando bem formulados podem melhorar o brilho, a maciez e a maleabilidade dos fios. Além disso, sabe-se que o pó obtido após a secagem apresenta a sua composição centesimal superior ao gel da Aloe vera in natura. Foram combinados em quantidades máximas e mínimas representadas em porcentagem por peso, baseando-se no peso total da composição do xampu e condicionador (p/p): veículo (0-100%), tensoativos (15,0-30,0%) espessantes (0,2-0,7%), emulsionantes (0,5-6,0%); emolientes (0,5- 5,0%); umectantes (0,3-4,0%); quelante (0,01-0,02%); antioxidante (0,01- 0,02%); conservante (0,01-0,1%) e fragrância (0,01-0,5%), ativo gel de Aloe veraem pó (0,25-5,0%).[009] The cosmetic formulations obtained, shampoo and conditioner with application of the active powdered Aloe vera gel, were subjected to physical-chemical and accelerated stability studies as recommended by ANVISA. [010] O estudo de estabilidade acelerada do produto foi realizado para verificar a estabilidade da formulação do xampu e condicionador contendo o gel de Aloe vera em pó segundo preconiza a ANVISA. Após a análise da estabilidade nos parâmetros climáticos estabelecidos, por um período de 45 dias, foi possível evidenciar que o xampu e condicionador atenderam às exigências da ANVISA de estudo de estabilidade, mantendo sua viscosidade inalterada, pH e aspectos organolépticos constante, sendo dessa maneira selecionadas essa formulação para as próximas etapas da pesquisa.[010] The accelerated stability study of the product was carried out to verify the stability of the shampoo and conditioner formulation containing the powdered Aloe vera gel as recommended by ANVISA. [011] Para produtos cosméticos o entendimento do estudo sensorial é importante tanto para garantir a qualidade da amostra testada quanto no processo de desenvolvimento, traçando o perfil sensorial conforme as características do produto e mensurando a aceitabilidade do consumidor final. [012] O objeto desta invenção foi aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética da Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB), tendo parecer técnico favorável para o desenvolvimento dessa etapa da pesquisa com seguinte código (CAAE:95680318.1.0000.5188). Foram convidados a participar voluntários de ambos os gêneros, com idade entre 20 e 59 anos. A eles foi apresentado um Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido, norteado pela Resolução n° 466, de 12 de dezembro de 2012, do Conselho Nacional de Saúde (CNS), autorizando sua participação voluntária na pesquisa, informando sobre a natureza desta, objetivos, finalidade, riscos potenciais e/ou incômodos.[012] The object of this invention was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), with a favorable technical opinion for the development of this stage of the research with the following code (CAAE:95680318.1.0000.5188). [013] Foi adotado como critério de seleção dos julgadores: terem interesse e nunca terem apresentado qualquer tipo de alergia a produtos cosméticos, além da disponibilidade para realizar o teste. Inicialmente o produto (xampu e condicionador) foi aplicado no dorso das mãos, região escolhida para a aplicação do teste, pois, é um local que não apresenta impacto à saúde do voluntário e qualquer possível irritação local seria observada com maior facilidade visual. Esse teste prévio no dorso da mão dos voluntários promoveu uma maior segurança no uso do produto em estudo.[013] It was adopted as a selection criterion of judges: being interested and never having presented any type of allergy to cosmetic products, in addition to availability to perform the test. [015] A partir desses resultados foi possível observar que a maioria dos voluntários aprovou os quesitos aparência, cor, fragrância, volume da espuma, cremosidade da espuma, penteabilidade a seco, penteabilidade a úmido, brilho, maciez, redução da oleosidade, diminuição das descamações, melhorando as condições do fio e auxiliando no tratamento de queda capilar. [016] Além da avaliação pelos voluntários, foi realizado um teste de mechas dividido em teste de penteabilidade (medindo a penteabilidade a seco e a úmido), e análise de brilho. Comparando as formulações desenvolvidas com uma não contendo o pó, chamada de controle, e com uma comercializada no mercado. Foram selecionadas cinco mechas com peso médio de 8,56 g. As mechas foram adquiridas da Indústria e Comércio de Bonecas Baldoni eram naturais e virgens e apresentavam coloração castanha, com alguns fios brancos. Pode-se verificar que o xampu e condicionador contendo o gel de Aloe vera em pó promoveu excelente penteablidade das mechas tanto a úmido como a seco em relação ao xampu e condicionador que não continham o gel de Aloe vera em pó. O equipamento denominado Glossymeter GL-200 (Courage-Khazaka) foi utilizado, onde o brilho é medido pela reflexão da luz. A leitura era feita ao encostar-se a sonda de medição nas mechas. Aumento na refletância e consequentemente no brilho só foram observados para as amostras da formulação contendo o gel de Aloe vera em pó e para o produto comercial de referência. Não foi observado aumento no brilho para a formulação controle, o que mostra que o pó da babosa fornece propriedades que atuam no aumento do brilho da fibra capilar.[017] The gloss analysis was done before and after washing to verify the effectiveness of the product in improving the shine of hair. Claims
