Abstract

PROCESSO DE EXTRAÇÃO DE MASSA BASE/GEL DAS ALGAS MARINHAS MANTENDO SUAS PROPRIEDADES A presente invenção consiste num processo de fabricação de uma massa base extraída na forma de gel a partir da macroalga vermelha (Kappaphycus alvarezii) para aplicação em alimentos e cosméticos; extração integral de polissacarídeo com grupamentos tiol apresenta propriedades geleificantes e espessantes em pH 4,5, promove gel estável em ampla faixa de temperatura (0à 60 0C), base aquosa com leve odor e sabor característico, cem por cento (100%) natural. Apresenta propriedades hidratante e cicatrizante (em peles queimadas ou sob pequenos cortes), possui características umectante, refrescante, efeito mate e efeito clareador, que poderá ser utilizado como matéria prima natural e segura para consumo como alimento, cosméticos, preparações para banhos e semelhantes, mantendo sua estabilidade em temperatura ambiente, produto livre de conservantes preservando suas características organolépticas pelo período de até um ano em embalagem vedada, sem adição de conservantes de qualquer natureza. Com a adição de um conservante natural o produto manteve suas características por dois anos em embalagem aberta, na temperatura ambiente.
