O referido produto, cuja proteção será reivindicada neste relatório, foi desenvolvido com o intuito de suprir deficiências, amenizar dificuldades e solucionar problemas até então encontrados pelos usuários do setor, mais precisamente, setores da odontologia e ortodontia. O referido produto destaca-se, fundamentalmente, pela forma mais prática, simples e funcional num movimentador dentário versátil que tem duas características únicas: ele ficará “flutuando” no palato, sem encostar na mucosa palatina e poderá ser utilizado até o fim do tratamento sem precisar mudá-lo de lugar, sendo o mesmo dotado de aspectos funcionais únicos, exclusivos e inovadores, que serão descritos a seguir, tornando-se num produto exclusivo no mercado.3. 30. Durante o desenvolvimento do referido produto, foram realizadas inúmeras pesquisas para identificar a existência de eventuais anterioridades ou produtos afins. Tais levantamentos, contudo, não apontaram a existência de nenhum outro produto com as mesmas características técnicas preponderantes ou funcionais.30. Proporciona fácil adaptação, fácil higienização, não altera a estética, com ativações periódicas feitas pelo profissional, tem como resultado uma movimentação de grupo ou individual. É indicado para ancoragem e movimentos de distalização. Compreende um tubo telescópico de 1mm de diâmetro por 5mm de comprimento unido com solda de prata ao braço de fio de aço 1.0 mm que se estende aos tubos linguais soldados as bandas previamente confeccionadas nos dentes de interesse. Este dispositivo (tubo + braço) desliza por uma parte fixa composta por um fio de aço 0.9mm, fixado no palato por meio de uma base metálica com orifício para inserção de um mini implante.
