Abstract
o objeto desenvolvido consiste de uma conexão para segmentos de arcos de barra de turbulência que visam a união dos segmentos de arco, para formar o arco que dá sustentação às barras de turbulência. estes segmentos precisam conferir confiabilidade de conexão, e rigidez de fixação das barras de turbulência, porém sem ocasionar a deformação da camisa do cilindro secador de papel. a conexão aqui revelada, é fixada nas duas extremidade do segmento de arco, e possui formato preferencialmente parabólico, ou similar, de modo que em uma de suas extremidades é fixado o segmento de arco, e na outra se conecta um regulador, que pode ser uma barra roscada com porcas, de modo à permitir a união das extremidades da barra na mesma direção e posição das extremidades do segmento de arco, deste modo, quando ocorre o aperto dos reguladores, não há deformação no arco formado pelo segmento, pois a deformação acontece apenas na região da conexão, e os segmentos de arco, apenas comprimem ou expandem sempre no formato circular, conforme o aperto aplicado nos reguladores.The developed object consists of a connection for segments of swirl bar arches that aim at the union of the arc segments, to form the arc that supports the swirl bars. these segments need to provide connection reliability and rigidity of fastening of the turbulence bars, but without causing deformation of the paper dryer cylinder liner. the connection shown here is fixed at both ends of the arc segment, and is preferably parabolic, or similar, so that the arc segment is fixed at one end, and a regulator is connected at the other, which can be a threaded bar with nuts, in order to allow the union of the ends of the bar in the same direction and position of the ends of the arc segment, thus, when the regulators tighten, there is no deformation in the arc formed by the segment, because the deformation it happens only in the region of the connection, and the arc segments only compress or expand in a circular shape, depending on the tightness applied to the regulators.
