[0018] Com base no descrito, podemos verificar que o “ROTULO OU ETIQUETA FLUTUANTE APLICADO EM VASILHAMES, RECIPIENTES E EMBALAGENS EM GERAL” traz enormes vantagens, pois o rótulo ou etiqueta flutuante dotado de material flutuante, quando acoplado nos vasilhames, recipientes e embalagens em geral, possibilita que atue como uma boia, impedindo que os mesmos afundem, permanecendo na superfície dos esgotos, córregos, rios, lagos ou oceanos de forma flutuante, além do rótulo ou etiqueta flutuante ajudar a preservar a temperatura do produto interno. Por ser inovador e até então não compreendido no estado da técnica é que se enquadra perfeitamente dentro dos critérios que definem a patente de invenção.
