an absorbent body (41, 41 ', 41 ”, 41a, 41b) configured to be inserted into a vagina (5) to absorb menstrual blood, said absorbent body (41, 41', 41”, 41a, 41b) being made in a helical shape of at least one cotton body (411), and including a plurality of cotton loops (412, 412 ', 412 ”, 412b) extending helically around an axis (A) and in contact with each other with others; and a pulling rope (42) provided at the end of said absorbent body (41, 41 ', 41 ”, 41a, 41b) to pull said absorbent body (41, 41', 41”, 41a, 41b) out of the vagina (5).

2. Deformable absorbent plug (4, 4 ', 4 ”, 4a, 4b), according to claim 1, CHARACTERIZED by the fact that said cotton handles (412, 412', 412”, 412b) cooperatively define a receiving space (413) extending along the axis (A), said deformable absorbent plug (4, 4 ', 4 ", 4a, 4b) additionally defines an auxiliary device (43) which includes a pusher (431 ) inserted removably into said reception space (413), and a cable (432) connected to said pusher rod (431) and located outside said reception space (413), said cable (432) being operable to push said absorbent body (41, 41 ', 41 ”, 41a, 41b) into the vagina (5) and pull said pusher rod (431) out of said absorbent body (41, 41', 41”, 41a, 41b) and out of the vagina (5).

3. Deformable absorbent plug (4, 4a, 4b), according to claim 1, CHARACTERIZED by the fact that said cotton handles (412, 412b) have equal external diameters.

6. Deformable absorbent plug (4a), according to claim 1, CHARACTERIZED by the fact that said absorbent body (41a) is made in a helical shape by intertwining a plurality of cotton bodies (411).

Deformable absorbent plug (4b) according to claim 1, CHARACTERIZED by the fact that an outer circumferential surface of each of said cotton loops (412b) is formed with a plurality of circumferentially spaced grooves (414) surrounding the axis (A), each of said grooves (414) extending along a direction of the length of said absorbent body (41b), which is parallel to the axis (A), said grooves (414) of one of said loops cotton (412b) being respectively aligned and communicating with said grooves (414) of an adjacent one of said cotton loops (412b).
