“DISPOSITIVO EMPURRADOR ELÁSTICO, COM MONTAGEM EM TRILHO DE GÔNDOLAS DE PONTOS DE VENDAS E POSICONAMENTO GRADUAL DE ITENS DE CONSUMO, PARA SUA RETIRADA” [001] Refere-se o presente relatório descritivo a um pedido de patente de invenção para um dispositivo trabalhando com tira elástica (ao invés de molas) para movimentar automaticamente itens de consumo, posicionando gradualmente as unidades para a retirada uma a uma pelo consumidor em gôndolas de pontos de vendas.“ELASTIC PUSHING DEVICE, WITH ASSEMBLY ON RAILS OF POINTS GONDOLAS AND GRADUAL CONSUMER ITEM POSITIONING, FOR YOUR WITHDRAWAL” [001] This specification describes a patent application for a device working with a strip elastic (instead of springs) to automatically move consumer items, gradually positioning the units for one-by-one pick-up by the consumer on point-of-sale shelves.

Com tal efeito negativo as unidades finais dos itens de consumo (que agora encontram-se junto ao ponto de retirada) não sofrem a ação de serem adequadamente empurradas a esse posicionamento desejado.
