ENVOLTÓRIO PARA GARRAFAS DE BEBIDAS IMPREGNADO COM PARTÍCULAS INFRAVERMELHAS.WRAP FOR BOTTLES OF DRINKS IMPREGNATED WITH INFRARED PARTICLES.

[001] Trata o presente pedido de patente de invenção a um envoltório para garrafas de bebidas impregnado com partículas infravermelhas, composto por capa confeccionada em tecido flexível a fim de promover o envolvimento da garrafa de bebida (vinho, destilados...), propiciando que as partículas infravermelhas presentes no envoltório causem alterações gustativas específicas e benéficas específicas em cada bebida, deixando, por exemplo, o sabor mais leve ou doce no vinho tinto, amenizando o amargor e a sensação de queimação da cachaça, entre outros efeitos.[001] This patent application deals with a wrap for beverage bottles impregnated with infrared particles, consisting of a cover made of flexible fabric in order to promote the involvement of the beverage bottle (wine, spirits ...), providing that the infrared particles present in the wrapper cause specific and beneficial taste changes in each drink, leaving, for example, the lighter or sweeter taste in red wine, softening the bitterness and burning sensation of cachaça, among other effects.

[002] O estado da técnica no tocante ao uso do infravermelho em bebidas está presente na utilização de garrafas termomagnéticas em que são inseridas pastilhas de infravermelho e basicamente estas garrafas se prestam a utilização específica para água. Tecnicamente, a emissão de energia eletromagnética cujo comprimento de onda vai de 4pm a 14pm é chamada de infravermelho longo. Essa energia é facilmente absorvida pelo homem, plantas e animais, além de ser capaz de ativar as funções celulares. È conhecida, portanto uma garrafa termomagnética depositada junto a este Instituto sob o numero MU8501140-1 intitulada “GARRAFA TERMOMAGNÉTICA COM INFRAVERMELHO LONGO”, reunindo em seu conceito construtivo o anexo de uma cinta flexível plástica contornando de forma envolvente o invólucro ou corpo térmico da garrafa e se posicionando entre esta e o isolante térmico. Esta cinta por sua vez possui alojamentos em número e disposições pré-determinadas onde são inseridas as pastilhas de infravermelho. Decorre, todavia desta configuração,o que a utilização de tal garrafa se destina especificamente ao uso de líquidos soltos, mormente a água a qual deve ser adicionada na citada garrafa para somente então poder agregar os efeitos benéficos do infravermelho.[002] The state of the art regarding the use of infrared in drinks is present in the use of thermomagnetic bottles in which infrared tablets are inserted and basically these bottles are suitable for specific use for water. A manutenção da bebida na sua garrafa original possibilita uma versatilidade maior de uso já que esta garrafa pode ser armazenada já com o envoltório, servida à mesa, demonstrando assim a versatilidade e a praticidade do uso do envoltório objeto deste pedido, cabe ainda citar que este pode envolver taças, copos, garantido ainda a emissão do infravermelho.[005] The flexible wrap allows alcoholic beverages not to have to be removed from the respective bottles.
