Description

“NATURAL POWDER PASTA TO REGULARIZE THE SURFACE OF BUILDINGS WITH WATER CONTROLLED CONSISTENCY” [001] This specification describes the application for a patent for an invention developed for civil construction, more specifically for running mass, in powder and with natural properties, already packaged and ready to be prepared receiving only water addition.

[002] The product, resulting from natural minerals (sand) taken from sand extraction deposits properly processed and crushed, will be supplied in can and / or bag and will allow the control of its consistency to regularize the surface of external or internal walls, ceiling and other points of the building, covering small holes, scratches, warps and etc.

STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE [003] As is known, pasta is a product purchased in paste or dry, already hydrated with the addition of water during its manufacture, ready for use. Its function is to cover an irregular wall mainly after the plastering stage, and then to receive the painting, in the final stage. It is a product usually supplied in a can that, after opening, when in contact with the external air, immediately begins to undergo a drying process. Even in the packaging, this process is inevitable and this limits the storage of the spackle for reuse. Therefore, having a short life span after opening the can, the spackle should be used in its entirety.

[004] Furthermore, the use of spackle, as it is a ready-made paste, may not offer perfect amendments when applied in different stages, due to its composition containing chemical and synthetic additives, making it impossible to control

Another limiting issue is that its composition based on synthetic and chemical substrates requires, for the application, that the surfaces are extremely well prepared, that is, they must be perfectly dry, clean and sanded, otherwise the desired finishing effect is undone. long term (and even in a short time after application), when the putty begins to detach itself from the wall, ceiling or other point of the building, damaging the aesthetics of the environment and, mainly, requiring rework.

PATENT OBJECTIVE [005] The spackle in question, its composition, preparation and application, reasons for this patent application, provide a finish that, due to its natural properties, integrates with the wall surface, avoiding the difficulties already known by bricklayers and users generally.

[006] In short, the extracted sand, be it sand with a large or small granule, is taken to an oven, then passed through a high-powered grinder to transform pebbles and the like into powder, with extremely fine granulometry. Then, in a mixer the powder is homogenized with additives and fine cement, obtaining the spackle.

[007] As it is a powdered product, natural, after opening the packaging, when used, it will receive the addition of water to achieve the desired consistency for the obtained putty, bringing enormous facilities and advantages to the user, in addition to enabling reuse, that is, application gradually to correct surfaces. In addition, with just one coat, the expected effect occurs, with high strength and softness, at a lower cost, requiring only the passage of a sponge for fine adjustment in the finish. [008] Explained superficially, the product becomes better detailed through the attached drawings, through which we can see:

[009] Figure 1 - Schematic view of the oven, where the sand (of smaller and larger granules) is dried. Then the dry material is taken to a grinder. After reaching fine granulometry the sand is transferred to a mixer where, in homogenization, it receives cement and powder additive. The obtained powder is filled in cans.

Thus, the dough can be used gradually without deteriorating, supporting opening and closing until the end of use.

BUILDINGS, WITH WATER CONTROLLED CONSISTENCY ”, object of this present patent application, constitutes, as shown in figure 1, from natural material extracted from sand deposit, which is sand (A) from smaller granules and pebble sand ( larger granules) (AS), which is transferred to an oven (F) for drying and total moisture removal. This volume of sand (A) and (AS) is then passed through processing in a grinding equipment (MO) where the smaller and larger granules (pebbles) are transformed into powder, being automatically poured into a mixing device (MI). In this step, the material receives the addition of cement (C) and powder additive (AD), being homogenized for a predetermined period to obtain the powdered mass (PM). The powdered spackle (MP), of natural properties, is automatically poured in predefined quantities, in packages / cans (E) passed through a conveyor in the filling stage, as shown in figure 2.

[016] For use, as shown in figure 2, after opening the package (E) the powdered spackle (MP) receives the addition of water (AG) gradually until reaching the desired consistency for the application surface .

[017] Due to the possibility of changing its consistency and the ultra fine granulometry achieved, the powdered mass (PM) can reach viscosity such that it can be applied even by a pistol. If the consistency is more dense, the application is done by a trowel.

[018] Likewise, due to the fact that the desired consistency is achieved by adding water (AG), in case of application on different days, the user can continue with the already covered and dry parts of the wall without leaving any seams.

5/5 [019] Regarding the gradual application, the container (E) containing the powdered spackle (MP) can be opened and resealed without the product losing its inherent characteristics, and therefore can be stored even after the first use, for use in later periods, as shown in figure 4, where the wall was covered in only half of its surface, keeping the rest of the spackle in powder (MP), re-packaging (E). For later use, even after a certain time, the powdered spackle (MP) still remains intact, simply by opening the package (E), preparing it, closing it, as shown in figure 5, and returning application, finishing the other half of the surface as shown in figure 6, without seams.

1 - “NATURAL POWDER PASTA TO REGULARIZE SURFACE OF BUILDINGS”, where natural material extracted from sand deposit - sand (A) of smaller granules and pebble sand (of larger granules) (AS) is taken to an oven (F), characterized by the dry volume of this sand (A) and (AS) being transferred to a grinding equipment (MO) to transform the smaller and larger granules (pebbles) into powder, being then poured into a mixing device (MI), receiving the addition of cement (C) and powder additive (AD), homogenized to obtain powdered spackle (MP), packaged in packages / cans (E). 2 - “WATER CONTROLLED CONSISTENCY”, according to claim 1, after opening the package (E), characterized by the powdered spackle (MP) receiving the addition of water (AG) gradually, to control the desired consistency of passage on building surfaces. 3 - "WATER CONTROLLED CONSISTENCY", according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that, by adding metered water (AG), the previous consistency can be achieved for application of powdered spackle (PM) on different days without leaving amendments to the surface, the packaging (E) being opened and resealed, storing volumes of the referred mass (PM) without losing its properties.
