UNIVERSAL DISTANCE CONTROL SYSTEM FIELD OF THE INVENTION [001] This present patent application for a UNIVERSAL DISTANCE CONTROL SYSTEM, particularly a remote control to be used in the automation and control of residential, commercial, industrial, or outdoors, with its segment turned to the electronics segment. [002] In particular, the invention allows the remote control of lighting, air conditioning, fans, access controls, appliances, showers and others. STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE [003] Currently, remote controls are known, usually operated by infrared or radio frequency, used to control electronic devices such as televisions, home theaters, air conditioning devices and others, said “universal” controls, or that is, capable of controlling several devices in a certain application area, for example, televisions and DVD players simultaneously.

[004] Automation systems are also known from the state of the art where the various equipment is connected to a central via cables or radio waves, so that the mentioned central can be controlled by a panel or even a tablet.

[005] The range of solutions in this segment is extensive, such as, for example, electronic locks and access control systems controlled by magnetic cards, tokens, fingerprints, distribution of capillary vessels in the retina, among others. [006] However, ambient light control systems where one or several light sources can be dimmed using rotary or sliding buttons embedded in the wall, instead of switches.

[007] There are also systems where a computer and even a tablet can control the lighting of an environment, or even a resistance, however using a central, that is, the panel or the computer has to communicate with a central which, in turn, controls the fixtures.

PROBLEMS INHERENT TO THE STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE [010] In the case of infrared remote controls, there is a problem related to the distance that the mentioned control must be from the device to be controlled, usually evaluated in a few meters and with a direct view, that is, the control must be pointed directly to the device, and there can be no barriers between them, such as furniture, walls and others. Another factor inherent in these controls is the fact that they are powered by batteries, which are often unavailable when needed.

[011] Another characteristic of the so-called infrared remote controls is the fact that they are point-to-point, that is, each equipment to be controlled needs its own remote control, generating a myriad of devices establishing commercial and other difficulties.

[012] Furthermore, the so-called universal remote controls operated by infrared, they are not at all efficient and are limited to certain equipment and also have the mentioned distance and barrier inconveniences.

[013] In the case of conventional exchanges, these need to be physically installed, that is, they need to be applied to a wall, fed with energy and have cabling for all devices to be controlled. Nevertheless, they are

[014] In these exchanges the devices are centralized, that is, if the exchange has problems, all the devices can be inoperative.

[015] These conventional exchanges also accompany problems such as expansion difficulties, particularly when they are subsequently reformed or modified, given that there may be no ports available on the exchange, or the cabling may not be viable. [016] In the case of access control systems, these usually use a combination of something the user has, such as: key, magnetic card, token and others, with something the user knows how: password or personal information; or with something inherent to the person, such as digital, retina, etc.

[017] A difficulty that can be attributed to what the user has and does not use often is the fact that, when necessary, there is no reminder of where he is, among others. Another factor is that this object can be subtracted and, due to infrequent use, the user ends up not realizing it.

[018] With regard to personal information, known only to the user, there is always the possibility of not remembering it; on the other hand, if the option is for someone else to access it, this information has to be passed on.

[019] On the other hand, aspects physically inherent to the person make access by third parties unfeasible, without the user's presence; nevertheless, fingerprints, for example, can be copied.

[020] In the case of lighting systems, when done by buttons on walls, the difficulty lies in the fact of the need to be physically within reach of the control, that is, the user needs to move to the location of each individual control, for example, having to go through all the environments that have lights on when leaving the house.

[021] Furthermore, there are several problems in central control systems:

- installation difficulty: it usually requires a physical connection between the system components, which makes installation in pre-existing environments or extensions to the system impracticable;

- the fact that there is a single plant, in case it fails, the system will be completely compromised.

PROPOSAL OF THE INVENTION [022] According to the present invention, a personal device, which can be a smartphone, tablet, notebook, among others, through the use of an application or applications assumes the role of the remote control, key, token, card and others, or that is, not from a device, but from the entire system.

[023] In this way, a cell phone, for example, can turn off the house lights, lock the door, allow access to your car, open the garage door and close it after leaving. [024] In the same line of action, the invention, through this technology, allows access to parking in the workplace, turning on the lights and adjusting the air conditioning in the office; in addition to other features such as reducing the intensity of lighting in the meeting room, as well as for reporting on the enormous cost savings that the system has provided the company through the thousands of minutes saved in the search for specific controls, in the purchase and replacement of batteries, loss of concentration in the simple act of getting up from the table to turn on the light, or searching for badges, lost or forgotten access cards, etc.

ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION [025] In addition to those evident from the previous description, the following advantages can be highlighted:

- allows the use of a single control device for all equipment and, in addition, a device that the user already has and is always within reach;

- avoids the use of batteries, as well as the manufacture of individual controls, being, therefore, a more sustainable and ecologically correct alternative;

- avoids the need to be looking for a specific control that, many times, is not within reach and, in this way, facilitates people's lives through reduced mobility;

- as the application runs on a PDA that has a display and keyboard better than a conventional remote control, the quality of the operation is also much higher;

- it is an extremely economical solution, since the devices do not need individual controls, no batteries or batteries are needed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [027] THE UNIVERSAL DISTANCE CONTROL SYSTEM, object of this Patent Application, comprises an application (1) installed on a PDA (2) that communicates with the system devices to be controlled remotely, being that, for the application to work, it is necessary to use version 4.4 of “Android or higher.

[028] The present invention has the characteristic of enabling elements that have a specific function such as lighting fixtures, air conditioners, gate actuators and others, which can simultaneously communicate via “wireless” (Bluetooth, WiFi, NFC, etc.) with the control application on the PDA (2).

[029] It also makes it possible to reconfigure whenever commanded by the master application to the address designated by it.

[030] Another feature of the invention is to execute the commands addressed to it and pass the others on to the designated pairs.

[031] The invention also has the peculiarity of always maintaining the status designated in the last command, when there is a power outage.

[032] The invention uses intermediate elements or translators that interact with the application like the previous ones, but "translate" the commands into a pattern that elements of different system patterns can be operated by it. - it also allows any group or subgroup of devices to be controlled, for example: lighting up the living room in the beach house, or turning the beach house off; - different locations can be registered, such as: home, beach house, work, girlfriend's house, car, among others;

- which others are close to it can be configured on the device, so that you can pass on commands that are not intended exclusively for it.
