a presente patente de invenção refere-se a sistema integrado de orientação e navegação para pessoas com deficiência visual, (1), desenvolvido para ser utilizado por deficientes visuais de forma ampla em tais locais abertos e/ou fechados, públicos ou de uso comum, tais como shoppings, condomínios, centros de convenções, colégios, edifícios comerciais e de escritórios, bem como em calçadas, metrôs, trens, ônibus e demais meios de transporte, sendo formado por transmissores (2) de localização; receptor (3) de localização e telefone inteligente (3) ou smartphone do usuário, destacando-se que os transmissores de localização correspondem a balizas de três tipos: (a) multidirecionais; (b) unidirecionais e (c) de informação, sendo caracterizado por sinalizar pontos de interesse, de modo que a concepção transmissor/receptor forneça informações ao utilizador para que este possa encontrar a direção ou local onde está indo sem a necessidade de ajuda de terceiros ou de ficar se deslocando por percursos pré-definidos, ação comum utilizada pelas pessoas com deficiência visual, obtendo-se assim uma descrição sobre o posicionamento dos objetos e locais, assim como sua direção, fornecendo, por áudio, informações similares ao uso da visão, podendo colocar essas relações diretamente em seu mapa cognitivo.this patent of invention refers to an integrated guidance and navigation system for people with visual impairment, (1), developed to be used by the visually impaired in a broad manner in such open and/or closed, public or common-use places, such as shopping malls, condominiums, convention centers, schools, commercial and office buildings, as well as sidewalks, subways, trains, buses and other means of transport, being formed by location transmitters (2); location receiver (3) and smart phone (3) or smartphone of the user, highlighting that the location transmitters correspond to beacons of three types: (a) multidirectional; (b) unidirectional and (c) information, characterized by signaling points of interest, so that the transmitter/receiver design provides information to the user so that he can find the direction or location where he is going without the need for third-party help or moving along pre-defined routes, a common action used by people with visual impairment, thus obtaining a description of the positioning of objects and places, as well as their direction, providing, by audio, information similar to the use of vision , being able to place these relationships directly in their cognitive map.
