Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE TRATAMENTO DE GÁS DE ESCAPE COM INSERTO CAMBIÁVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de tratamento de gás de escape (1) para um sistema de escape de um motor de combustão interna, com um alojamento tubular (2) e com um inserto (5) disposto cambiavelmente no alojamento (2), cujo inserto apresenta um invólucro tubular (6) e pelo menos um elemento de tratamento de gás de escape (7) fixo no invólucro (6), onde o inserto (5) pode ser inserido no alojamento (2) em uma direção de inserção (9) que corre paralela a um eixo central longitudinal (10) do alojamento (2). Uma instalação simplificada ou respectivamente uma desmontagem do inserto será produzida quando o invólucro (6) apresentar, em um lado externo (15) do invólucro, um batente axial (14), que é axialmente localizado contra um contrabatente axial (16) na direção de inserção (9), cujo contrabatente é formado no alojamento (2) em um lado interno (17) do alojamento, e quando pelo menos um elemento de cavilha (19) for provido no lado interno (17) do alojamento, cujo elemento de cavilha é assentado axialmente em um contorno de suporte (20), formado no invólucro (6), na direção de inserção (9).
