Abstract
SISTEMA E PROCESSO DE CONFORMAÇÃO DE SOLAS E ENTRESSOLAS POLIMÉRICAS UTILIZANDO ALTA-FREQUÊNCIA. É descrito um sistema e um processo de conformação de solas e entressolas de EVA (Copolímero de Etileno-Acetato de Vinila) utilizando alta-frequência e uma pré-forma de EVA injetada ou vulcanizada na região interna de um molde convencional com paredes revestidas com material isolante, dito molde em compressão e aquecido à temperatura de 80°C a 120°C, durante 02 a 04 minutos, seguido do resfriamento do EVA mantido comprimido à temperatura entre 25°C e 35°C, garantindo a estabilidade dimensional e geométrica da peça de EVA.SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR CONFORMING POLYMERIC SOLE AND MIDSOLES USING HIGH FREQUENCY.
