Description
ETIQUETA PARA MONITORAMENTO DE PESSOAS ACOPLÁVEL A PULSEIRAS E OPERANDO POR RADIOFREQUÊNCIA EM UHF
CAMPO DE UTILIZAÇÃO 01. A presente invenção se refere a uma etiqueta de radiofrequência (TAG) que opera em frequência ultra alta (Ultra High Frequency - UHF) que pode ser acoplada a pulseiras, com a finalidade de identificação e rastreabilidade de pessoas. O método de identificação de pessoas por UHF pode ser feito através de portais, antenas ou “RAIN RFID”. 02. Uso alternativo desta tecnologia é previsto em animais em geral com a mesma finalidade. Também como componente de “wearables”, dando inteligência a itens de vestuário ou acessórios que operam próximo à pele.
ESTADO DA TÉCNICA 03. Atualmente, os indivíduos são rotineiramente identificados em hospitais e clínicas através de pulseiras impressas com o nome do paciente, sua data de nascimento, prontuário e outros dados pessoais que permitam identificar cada paciente. Considerando que a complicação mais frequente no atendimento à saúde nos 3 (três) primeiros trimestres de 2015, segundo a Joint Commission, é paciente errado, local errado, procedimento errado (“wrong patient, wrong site, wrong procedure”), podemos concluir que a segurança desta tecnologia não é eficaz ou eficiente no seu propósito. Identificação por código de barras ou datamatrix tem sido implementados, mas há indisponibilidade de escaneres e a necessidade de um processo manual (artesanal) de leitura. Mesmo com estes aditivos, a troca de identidade de pacientes é uma realidade a ser corrigida. 04. A tecnologia de identificação por radiofrequência (RFID) surge como uma alternativa confiável. Com vistas a operar em um ambiente hospitalar, a interferência com equipamentos eletromédicos deve ser considerada, principalmente quando consideramos marca-passos e desfibriladores automáticos. Em estudo in vitro realizado pelo FDA americano e capitaneada por Seidman (Seidman et al RFID EMI to Pacemakers and ICDs - Heart Rhythm, Vol 7, No 1, January 2010 pages 99-107), a interferência gerada por leitores de RFID foi avaliada em Marca-passos e desfibriladores implantáveis. Apesar de não apresentarem evidência de preocupações maiores quanto a interferência de RF, ficou notório no corpo do artigo que ao operar em UHF, as interferências foram insignificantes e que nenhuma interferência nesta faixa de frequência gerou eventos potencialmente letais. Por outro lado, o corpo humano é um grande isolante para a frequência UHF. A proximidade de TAGs com o corpo, isola os sinais de RF em UHF, fazendo com que sua performance seja mínima ou imperceptível.
SOLUÇÃO DO PROBLEMA 05. Com ao intuito de otimizar a performance das TAGs em contato com o corpo da pessoa, desenvolveu-se a presente invenção, através da qual a TAG tem sua performance otimizada (sintonia) quando próxima à pele. A interação com a pele “sintoniza” a antena da TAG para receber e retransmitir os sinais de rádio em UHF. Para que assim operasse, houve a necessidade de desenvolvimento da antena da TAG de radiofrequência através de software de elementos de campos finitos, seu teste em câmara anecóica e o teste de resistência física para atuar nestas condições. Ainda a engenharia de construção da TAG com os respectivos dielétricos são parte constituinte desta patente. 06. Com esta tecnologia foi possível estimar a distância máxima de leitura acima de 300 (trezentos) cm sem obstáculos, com o TAG aplicado à pulseira e acoplado ao corpo humano. A potência do transmissor foi estabelecida em 30dBm e utilizada antena com ganho de 6dBi. 07. Os ajustes de sintonia devem ser realizados considerando elementos que potencialmente possam ser adicionados à TAG. 08. Como os elementos estruturais determinam a performance nas condições de uso, o encapsulamento foi desenvolvido e testado com vistas a performance de leitura. Testes de consistência de leitura em diferentes condições e de resistência física à manipulação nos permitiram determinar as melhores configurações considerando as condições de uso. 09. O conceito de camadas separadoras visando aumento de performance e constituição do dielétrico é parte inerente desta patente.

DESCRIÇÃO DETALHADA DA INVENÇÃO 16. O invento, aqui descrito, trata de uma etiqueta passiva de radiofrequência operando em UHF sintonizada para otimizar sua performance em contato próximo com a pele humana e que tem características físicas que permitem ser integrada a pulseiras de identificação sem risco de dano ao paciente. 17. A etiqueta de radiofrequência operando em UHF (ultra high frequency - frequência ultra alta)(Fig. 1) é composta de 4 elementos (Fig. 2)· 18. O elemento funcional é um chip com base de silício comercialmente disponível, projetado para operar em UHF em acordo com as especificações do fabricante. 19. Este chip recebe e transmite informações através de antena perfeitamente sintonizada para otimizar o sinal de radiofrequência quando próximo da pele humana. A presença do chip, assim como o encapsulamento e espaçadores foram considerados no desenvolvimento deste. Esta patente prevê o ajuste de sintonia para a incorporação de elementos gráficos exclusivos. Tais ajustes são feitos através de software de elementos de campos finitos sendo testada e confirmada em câmara anecóica. 20. A TAG foi concebida para aderir nas pulseiras em uso vigente nos hospitais, aproveitando a infraestrutura já instalada. Para tanto usa adesivo atóxico. Como é concebida para o uso contínuo, seu encapsulamento torna a TAG impermeável a água. Também para conforto do usuário, a face em contato com a pele possui um feltro em TNT. (Fig. 6). Em uma opção de construção, a camada adesiva excede as medidas laterais da TAG, formando abas laterais. Estas permitem que, ao ser fixada na pulseira, a TAG envolva toda a pulseira, dando maior firmeza ao acoplamento. A estrutura da TAG segue descrita na Fig. 5.
As dimensões externas do encapsulamento são 40 mm x 20 mm com 4,14 mm de espessura e as dimensões da antena são 37.6 mm x 15 mm. 21. Para verificar os ajustes finos, a TAG foi testada em câmara anecóica livre e em contato com a pele humana em conjunto com outras versões (Fig. 3). Os resultados são apresentados na fig. 4 superior e inferior. 22. O encapsulamento da TAG tem 2 (duas) funções distintas. Primeiro precisa dar maleabilidade e resistência necessários para que a pulseira seja flexível, mas a antena mantenha sua conformação. Segundo precisa isolar todos os componentes funcionais da TAG do contato com a pele, que potencialmente podem expor o paciente a contato direto com metais. Para tanto utilizamos revestimento plástico biocompatível que, após a construção da TAG, solda o encapsulamento anterior com o posterior, impedindo qualquer contato dos elementos internos da TAG com o paciente.

1. TAG passiva e seu desenho da antena, operando na frequência UHF, para uso em pessoas, caracterizada por ter performance otimizada para o contato com a pele humana, utilizando a mesma para otimizar a sintonia da antena.
2. TAG passiva e seu desenho da antena, operando na frequência UHF, para uso em animais, caracterizada por sua performance otimizada para o contato com o pelo, utilizando a mesma para otimizar a sintonia da antena.
3. TAG passiva para vestuário ou “wearable” caracterizada por permitir inteligência do item.
