Field Of Invention [001] The present invention relates to a multipurpose drawer guide of the type composed of at least one fixed inner segment and a movable outer segment, with the possibility of incorporating an intermediate segment in the case of telescopic guides, which it has scrolling elements between the fixed inner segments, the movable outer segments and the intermediate segment.

State of the Art [002] Currently and with reference to the state of the art, it is usual and known to use drawer guides composed of a fixed segment joined to the furniture and an external movable segment and in the case of guides with partial exit from the drawer. It is also known to use telescopic drawer guides composed of a fixed segment joined to the mobile segment, a mobile intermediate segment and a mobile external segment. In both cases the scrolling between the fixed part and the moving part is produced through the use of ball scroll boxes housed on the external parts of the fixed segment, however this type of scroll presents reliability problems when it is used in drawers that have a high weight.

[003] For example, the patent ES 2029451 describes a sliding ball guide system comprising an internal rail, an external rail and three sets of balls interposed between the rails and placed in a triangular arrangement, the external rail being configured to provide three lanes for the three sets of balls and having the Y-shaped inner rail in cross section with a rod that protrudes out from the center of the arrangement between two sets of balls and through a slot in the outer rail and two arms that extend out of the center of the arrangement between

[004] The patent ES 2200018 shows a telescopic drawer guide, with a guide rail that can be fixed to the furniture body, a telescopic track fixed to the drawer, an internal profile rail that joins the guide rail to the telescopic rail, to which at least one extended box is attached in which a scroll body is housed, and metal end caps that limit the end positions to the telescopic rails and which can strike against fixed end caps. In the final zones, each box is equipped with elastic auxiliary tops associated with the end caps, which are separate from the end caps of the withdrawable telescopic rail.

[005] The patent ES 2096465 describes an extraction guide for a drawer with handle with a guide rail and with an extraction rail, as well as with an internal profiled rail with several ball guides and that joins the guide rail to the extraction, the spheres being arranged by games and between the two internal surfaces of the guide rail and the extraction rail, so that they can rotate. The guide rail and the extraction rail molded with an angular cross section, traversing the two free marginal zones, located in such a way that they are spaced apart to form some ball guides, in each case an arc oriented towards the center, from such that in each case three spheres form a game of spheres.

[006] The patent ES 2245056 describes a sample of the drawer withdrawal guide with a guide rail that is fixed to the furniture body and a scroll rail adaptable to the drawer and guided by means of bearings, and with a profiled rail provided with tracks roll for said bearings located at one or both ends, where the area of the profiled rail adjacent to the running lanes is out of alignment with respect to the vertical so that said zone is located in the direction or close to the direction of that resulting from the incident lateral forces on the drawer removal guide.

Description of the invention and its advantages [007] In view of this reality, the present invention deals with a multipurpose drawer guide that, with respect to the existing configuration, differs in having a simpler constitution to install that allows saving when repairs and replacements are required as it is valid for both simple and telescopic slides.

[008] For this purpose, the multi-purpose drawer guide of the type composed of at least one fixed internal segment and one movable external segment, with the possibility of incorporating an intermediate segment in the case of telescopic guides; multipurpose guide in which the movable outer segment houses a combination of upper central roller and lower lateral spheres for their roll over a movable head with upper wall and inner side cavities, the configuration and dimension of the movable external segment being able to accommodate both the simple drawer like the telescopic drawer guide.

[009] Thanks to which it is possible that the fixed external segment can be mounted without distinction on simple or telescopic sliding guides, thereby reducing manufacturing and replacement costs, as it is only necessary to manufacture a single type of mobile external segment and moving head.

[010] Additionally, the roll between both parts (movable outer section and movable head) is produced by means of an upper central bearing and lower lateral spheres that allow the sliding guide to be installed in heavy weight drawers, with the distribution of more distributed stresses on the upper wall, which produces less wear avoiding the appearance of scratches and gaps between the parts that form the multipurpose drawer guide. The upper wall can have different geometric configurations according to the needs of the drawer in which

4/7 install, being configured as a flat surface, or as a slightly curved surface at its ends.

[011] Another advantage that the invention presents is that in the telescopic guide making mode, the moving head of the intermediate section houses internal spheres in its four inner corners for its roll over a head with four cross faces of the fixed internal segment.

[012] Thanks to this configuration, it is possible that the moving head becomes the intermediate segment of the telescopic slide without the need to manufacture another additional part.

[013] Finally, another feature of the invention is that in another mode of manufacture the movable head is joined to the fixed internal segment.

[014] Thanks to this configuration, it is possible to fix the position of the movable head in its manufacture as a multipurpose simple drawer guide.

[015] DRAWINGS AND REFERENCES [016] In order to better understand the nature of the invention, the accompanying drawings show a preferred form of industrial manufacture, which is merely illustrative and not limiting.

[017] Figure 1 shows an elevated sectional view of the drawer guide (1) in its simple realization, in which it is observed how the roll between the movable external segment (3) and the movable head (7) is produced by means of a upper central roller bearing (5) and two lower side ball bearings (6).

[018] Figure 2 shows an elevated sectional view of the telescopic drawer guide (10), where the different scroll elements between the movable outer segment (3), the intermediate segment (4) and the fixed inner segment ( 2). Additionally, it is observed that the end of the fixed internal segment (2) ended in a head (13) with four cross faces (14).

[036] EXHIBITION OF A PREFERRED CONFECTION [037] With respect to the drawings and references listed above, a preferred method of making the object of the invention is illustrated in the attached plans, referring to a multi-purpose drawer guide (1) of the type of at least by a fixed internal segment (2) and by a mobile external segment (3), with the possibility of incorporating an intermediate segment (4) in the case of telescopic guides (10). Figure 1 shows the object of the invention, consistent in that the movable external segment (3) accommodates a combination of upper central roller (5) and lower lateral spheres (6) for its roll over a movable head (7) with an upper wall

6/7 (8) and lower side cavities (9), the configuration and dimension of the movable external segment (3) being able to accommodate both the simple drawer guide (1) and the telescopic drawer guide (10).

[038] Thanks to this configuration, as shown in figures 1 and 2, it is possible that the fixed internal segment (3) can be mounted indistinctly on slide guides (1) simple or telescopic (10), reducing manufacturing costs and replacement because it is only necessary to manufacture a single type of movable external segment (3) and movable head (7).

[039] Figure 1 shows how the movable head is fixedly attached to the fixed internal segment (2), thus forming a simple drawer guide (1). The movable outer segment (3) is joined to the drawer (16). In the opening and closing maneuvers of the drawer (16) the movable external segment (3) moves in relation to the fixed internal segment (2) thanks to the roll produced between them using an upper central roller (5) and two lateral spheres furniture (6).

[040] Another characteristic of the invention, as seen in figure 2, is that the mode of making the telescopic guide (10), the movable head (7), the intermediate segment (4) is expected to accommodate in its four inner corners (11) round (11), inner balls (12) for rolling over a head (13) with four cross faces (14) of the fixed internal segment (2).

[041] In figure 2, it is observed how in the making of telescopic drawer guides (10), the movable head (7) of the intermediate segment (4) accommodates inside of four inner spheres (12) to allow the roll over the segment fixed internal (2). For this purpose, at the end of the fixed internal segment (2), a cross-shaped head (13) incorporates four cross faces (14) on which the inner spheres (12) roll. This allows the movable outer segment (3) and the movable head (7) to be the

[042] Finally, another characteristic of the invention, as seen in figure 1, is that it is provided that in another mode of manufacture the movable head (7) is joined to the fixed internal segment (2).

[043] Variations in materials, shape, size and arrangement of its component elements described in a non-limiting manner do not alter the essence of this Patent.

Claims 1. Multipurpose drawer guide of the type composed of at least one fixed internal segment and a mobile external segment, with the possibility of incorporating an intermediate segment in the case of telescopic guides, characterized by the fact that the mobile external segment (3) accommodates a combination of upper central roller (5) and lower lateral spheres (6) for its roll over a movable head (7) with an upper wall (8) and lower lateral cavities (9), with the configuration and dimension of the movable external segment (3 ) capable of accommodating both the simple drawer guide (1) and the telescopic drawer guide (10). 2. Multipurpose drawer guide, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the telescopic guide (10), the movable head (7) and the intermediate segment (4) are made in its four round inner corners ( 11) inner spheres (12) for rolling over a head (13) with four cross faces (14) of the fixed internal segment (2). 3.
