Abstract
processo de produção em escala de hidrogel de celulose bacteriana purificada obtida pela polimerizaçlão da glicose a partir de açúcares de fontes renováveis via biotecnologia por meio da propagação de bactérias produtoras de celulose particularmente gluconoacetobacter hansenii lmspe, em reatores para aplicação nas áreas de saúde, earmacqtecniça e cosmiatria, o qual prevê as etapas de a) hidratação da celulose bacteriana purificada, estruturada nas frações micro e nano fibrilar; b) homogeneização da celulose bacteriana purificada estruturada nas frações micro e nano fibrilar; c) obtenção do hidrogel com as duas frações; d) filtração do hidrogel; e) obtenção de dois produtos: 1. hidrogel de nano celulose; 2. hidrogel de micro celulose; o processo de produção em escala de duas frações de hidrogel de celulose bacteriana, 1. hidrogel de nano celulose; 2. hidrogel de micro celulose é obtido em unidades de liquidificadores para homogeneização da celulose hidratada e para separação dos hidrogeis por filtração centrífuga.scale bacterial hydrogel production process of purified bacterial cellulose obtained by polymerization of glucose from sugars from renewable sources via biotechnology through the propagation of cellulose-producing bacteria, particularly gluconoacetobacter hansenii lmspe, in reactors for health, pharmaceutical, and cosmiatry, which foresees the steps of a) hydration of purified bacterial cellulose, structured in micro and nano fibrillar fractions; b) homogenization of the purified bacterial cellulose structured in the micro and nano fibrillar fractions; c) obtaining the hydrogel with both fractions; d) hydrogel filtration; e) obtaining two products: 1. nano cellulose hydrogel; 2. microcellulose hydrogel; the scale production process of two fractions of bacterial cellulose hydrogel, 1. nano cellulose hydrogel; 2. Microcellulose hydrogel is obtained in blender units for homogenization of hydrated cellulose and for separation of hydrogels by centrifugal filtration.
