“DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA EM EQUIPAMENTO GERADOR, ACUMULADOR E FORNECIMENTO Lj>E ENERGIA ELETRICA”. 001 O presente relatório descritivo de modelo de titilidade refere-se a um equipamento com sistema autônomo de geração e trmazenamento de energia elétrica utilizada para abastecer o consumo em residências e pequenas empresas, independentemente da rede elétrica da concessionária, o qual é caracterizado pela disposição construtiva e o arranjo tecnológico dos componentes que permitem uma melhor utilização da energia elétrica gerada e melhor desempenho do conjunto. 002 O campo de aplicação do presente ped do é o dos equipamentos desenvolvidos para geração e fornecimento de energia elétrica fotovoltaica. 003 Como é do conhecimento dos habilitados nesta técnica, existem vários equipamentos para geração de energia elétrica fotovoltaica no mercado, porém, nenhum deles, sem exceção, apresenta as caraterísticas e vantagens contidas no equipamento pleiteado neste pedido. 004 A energia solar é gerada a partir de uni painel solar fotovoltaico e, através de um sistema de controle electrónico, é acumula em baterias específicas, e depois pode ser utilizada para iluminação ou funcionamento de pequenos aparelhos elétricos. A energia fotovoltaica, uma tecnologia versátil e flexível, pode ser utilizada para atender quase todas as necessidades em praticamente qualquer local. No espaço e no ar, na terra e no mar, as células fotovoltaicas produzem energia quando e onde for necessário. O termo fotovoltaico é derivado da combinarão da palavra grega fotos (luz), com voltaico, em homenagem a Alessanilro Volta, um pioneiro no estudo da eletricidade. Assim, uma célula solar fotovoltaica (abreviado por PV) converte a luz solar em energia elétrica. As Células fotovoltaicas realizam essa conversão sem partes móveis, ruído, poluição, radiação ou são livres de manutenção. As células fotovoltaicas são feitas de um material semicondutor, geralmente de silício (um recurso muito abundante na terra), que é tratado quimicamente para criar uma camada de carga positiva e uma camada de carga negativa. Quando a luz solar atinge uma célula fotovoltaica, um elétron é desalojado. Esteí elétrons são recolhidos por fios ligados à célula, formando uma corrente elétrica. Quanto mais células, maior a corrente e tensão. Um certo número de células dispostas lado a lado formam um módulo ou painel fotov oltaico, vários módulos juntos formam um arranjo de painéis fotovoltaicos. Os módulos vendidos comercialmente possuem potências que variam desde 5 watts até 300 watts, e produzem corrente contínua (cc) semelhante a corrente da batería de um automóvel. 005 Todos os equipamentos atualmente disponíveis no mercado possuem a estrutura básica de um sistema de geração de energia solar, tais como: painel solar; controlador de carga e descarga e batería? acumuladoras de energia. Ocorre que tais equipamentos não possuem uma disposição construtiva que facilite seu manuseio e transporte, além de não possuírem componentes que permitam um maior controle do uso da energia e maior durabilidade do equipamento, principalmente da batería ou conjunto de baterias. 006 Portanto, com o objetivo de melhor utilizar a energia solar e facilitar o manuseio de equipamentos geradores de energia fotovoltaica, o inventor desenvolveu a “DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA EM EQUIPAMENTO GERADOR, ACUMULADOR E FORNECIMENTO DE ENERGIA ELETRICA”, um novo arranjo construtivo que melhora o desempenho no uso da energia solar e proporciona ao equipamento objeto desta patente uma estrutura construtiva mais eficiente, cu o manuseio é facilitado, tanto para transporte quanto para leitura e en endimento do sistema de geração, armazenamento e fornecimento de energ a fotovoltaica. O gabinete que abriga os componentes do presente gerador de energia solar possui pegadouros laterais que facilitam bastante o manuseio e transporte do equipamento, além de janelas de ventilação para manter a parte interna anjada. Quase todos os componentes ficam montados na parte traseira do ga Dinete, restando apenas o display de leitura de dados que f: ca montado na tampa frontal. O presente equipamento ainda possui duas tomadas (T) laUrais de saída de energia que facilitam a conexão de aparelhos ou dií positivos de iluminação ao gerador. 00 7 Para melhor compreensão da presente patente, é feita a seguir uma descrição detalhada da mesma, fazendo referencias aos desenhos an íxos, onde: Figura 01 representa uma perspectiva do equipamento objeto dej>te pedido de patente;“CONSTRUCTIVE PROVISION APPLIED ON GENERATOR, ACCUMULATOR AND LJ> SUPPLY EQUIPMENT AND ELECTRIC POWER”. 001 This descriptive report on the titility model refers to equipment with an autonomous power generation and storage system used to supply consumption in homes and small businesses, regardless of the utility's power grid, which is characterized by the constructive arrangement and the technological arrangement of the components that allow a better utilization of the generated electric energy and better performance of the set. 002 The field of application of this application is that of equipment developed for photovoltaic power generation and supply. 003 As is well known to those skilled in this art, there are various photovoltaic power generation equipment on the market, but none of them, without exception, has the characteristics and advantages contained in the equipment claimed in this application. 004 Solar energy is generated from a photovoltaic solar panel and, through an electronic control system, is accumulated in specific batteries, and can then be used for lighting or operation of small electrical appliances. Photovoltaic power, a versatile and flexible technology, can be used to meet almost any need almost anywhere. In space and air, on land and at sea, photovoltaic cells produce energy whenever and wherever it is needed. The term photovoltaic is derived from the combination of the Greek word photos (light) with voltaic, named after Alessanilro Volta, a pioneer in the study of electricity. Thus, a photovoltaic solar cell (abbreviated by PV) converts sunlight into electrical energy. Photovoltaic cells perform this conversion without moving parts, noise, pollution, radiation or are maintenance free. Photovoltaic cells are made of a semiconductor material, usually silicon (a very abundant resource on earth), which is chemically treated to create a positive charge layer and a negative charge layer. When sunlight hits a photovoltaic cell, an electron is dislodged. These electrons are collected by wires attached to the cell, forming an electric current. The more cells, the greater the current and voltage. A number of cells arranged side by side form a photovoltaic module or panel, several modules together form an array of photovoltaic panels. Commercially sold modules have power ratings ranging from 5 watts to 300 watts, and produce direct current (dc) similar to a car's battery current. 005 All equipment currently available on the market has the basic structure of a solar power generation system, such as: solar panel; charge and discharge controller and battery? energy accumulators. It happens that such equipment does not have a constructive disposition that facilitates its handling and transport, besides they do not have components that allow a greater control of the energy use and greater durability of the equipment, mainly of the battery or battery pack. Therefore, in order to make better use of solar energy and facilitate the handling of photovoltaic generating equipment, the inventor developed the “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO GENERATOR, ACCUMULATOR AND POWER SUPPLY”, a new construction arrangement that improves the solar energy performance and provides the equipment object of this patent with a more efficient constructive structure, whose handling is facilitated, both for transportation and for reading and powering the photovoltaic power generation, storage and supply system. The enclosure that houses the components of this solar power generator has side hooks that make it much easier to handle and transport the equipment, as well as ventilation windows to keep the inside angled. Almost all components are mounted on the rear of the Dinete ga, leaving only the data readout display that is mounted on the front cover. The present equipment also has two (T) power outlet sockets that facilitate the connection of lighting fixtures or diodes to the generator. For a better understanding of the present patent, a detailed description is hereinafter made with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 01 represents a perspective view of the equipment object of the patent application;

(5,5 x IN < IP < 7,00 x IP). 00 3 As can be seen from the accompanying drawings, the “CONSTRUCTIVE EASY APPLIED ON GENERATOR, ACCUMULATOR AND POWER SUPPLY AND SUPPLY EQUIPMENT” has a specific format where the conversion and control components are mounted on the rear of the cabinet (1) and the display ( 2) reading on the front cover (3). The present power generation, storage and supply equipment comprises solar panel (4), charge controller (5), inverter (6), telemetry system (7) and stationary battery (8). The cabinet (1) has hooks (9) arranged at the top of the sides to facilitate handling and transport of the equipment, since such sides also have ventilation grilles (10). The rear of the cabinet (1) is completely perforated to allow air to enter and circulate, as well as the lower part where the battery (8) is installed. 010 The reading display (2) is coupled to the telemetry system (7) which allows the general control and monitoring of the claimed equipment and can also transmit information remotely by telecommunication by GSM-GPRS. 11 The charge control (5) allows you to manage the battery charging and discharging process within the limits specified by the manufacturer, so as to preserve its useful life. It has a direct power flow between the battery and the DC connector ensuring greater efficiency. 12 Inverse (6) is a component used in photovoltaic systems, whose function is to convert direct current (battery cci or battery bank to alternating current (ca) to power appliances and other conventional equipment. It converts the energy of panels solar power, including 127v or 220v / 60Hz. 13 The telemetry system (7) is a technology that allows the measurement and communication of information of interest to the operator or system developer.The word is of Greek origin where tele = remote and metron = measured Systems that require instructions and data sent to them to operate require the corresponding telemetry or remote control The System deployed in this equipment is an electronic device that allows the user to interact with the system from such that it controls the basic parameters of the generation and storage of electric energy. High resolution play - displays the main system information which is: Battery voltage; instantaneous current consumption; system temperature; and expected battery charging time according to instantaneous consumption. The modular system can be expanded with one type of plact. GSM-GPRS telecommunications electronics, which allows remote monitoring of the system by the user and telemetry the main parameters used for central monitoring. 14 The stationary battery (8) or battery pack stores and supplies 12 volt power for lighting with LED lamps or for operating small dc pumps, or it can convert to 220 volts / 60Hz, identical to the electricity consumed to operate appliances. common electrical For conversion to 220Volts / 60Hi the present equipment implements an electrical-electronic converter device generically called Inverter (6) Transformer that converts the energy supplied by the 12 volt battery to 220 volts for operation of common electrical appliances and electrical equipment. It also allows you to store energy produced during the day in the battery (8) and to provide both direct and alternating dc current AC. The present equipment features an electronic and telemetry management system through a dispiay that shows the system user relevant information such as battery capacity, actual consumption and presumed use. This electronic system is ready to incorporate a mobile phone chip and transmit these codes to a central monitoring system or to control the system remotely. 16 The main features of this equipment are: Reverse Current Protection: Disconnects the PV panels to prevent battery charge loss on solar modules at night; Discharge control: output shutdown to prevent battery discharge below safe values; System Monitoring: Digital or analog gauges, indicator LEDs or warning alarms; Over current protection: Through fuses or circuit breakers; Mounting Options: Flush mounting, wall mounting, and protection system for indoor or outdoor use Secondary load control: Automatic control of secondary loads, or control of: lamp, water pump or other loads such as timers or switches; Temperature Compensation: Required when batteries are installed in a non-climate area. The charge voltage is adjusted as a function of ambient temperature; PWM - Pulse With I M jdulation: Very efficient charging method, which keeps a battery in su; i full charge and minimizes battery sulphation through high frequency pulses; MPPT - Maximun Power Point Tracker: A modern charging system designed to extract the maximum possible energy from a solar module by changing its operating voltage to maximize output power; Input and output voltage: A. The input dc voltage of our inverter (6) must be in accordance with the electrical power supplied by the charge controller and the battery, which uses 12 dc volts. The ac output of the inverter must be in accordance with the standard used in its area to be compatible with appliances and other equipment; Output Power: The output power of an inverter is expressed in Watts (Watts = Amps x Volts). Three power levels should be considered: Continuous, Time-limited and Surge Maximum. Continuous power refers to the power the inverter can provide for an indefinite period of hours. When an inverter is specified by a certain number of Watts, this number usually refers to its continuous operating power. Time limited maximum power: Means the maximum power the inverter can supply for a certain time, typically 10 or 20 minutes; Inductive Loads and Surge Potential: Some loads such as pump motors, washers, refrigerators require extra power at startup. It is common to find motors with starting current equal to 7 or 8 times the rated current (normal operating current). However, for serial production engines normally found on the market, the starting current is between 5.5 and 7.00 times the rated current. (5.5 x IN <IP <7.00 x IP). If the inverter is not sized for this, it can simply shut down instead of breaking the equipment. If your surge power is inadequate, your output voltage may be momentarily slowed down, which can cause a reduction in home lighting and even turn off a microcomputer. The inverter and interconnect cables between the batteries must be well dimensioned as the current flowing through them increases significantly during motor starting; No load consumption: An inverter consumes power even without load. In applications where the system remains for a long time at no load or very low load, this is an important feature. Typical consumption is between 15 and 50 Watts; Auto Power Off: To save battery power, our inverter has a sensor that detects no power by turning off its output when there is no power consumption, then reconnecting its output again when identifying any power consumption; Efficiency: It is not possible to convert energy without any loss. Efficiency is the ratio of output power to input power, expressed as a percentage. The Solar Box inverter is 90% efficient, meaning that 10% of the power is lost or consumed in the inverter itself; Power Quality - Sine Wave x Modified Sine Wave: The Solar Box inverter produces a distortion-free sine wave at its output, similar to the energy waveform delivered by the utility, and is therefore best suited for home use. There are also other inverters that produce a modified sine wave on their output, are cheaper, but may affect the operation of some equipment. These drives reduce the efficiency of motors and transformers by 10% to 20%. Noises can be heard from speakers or emitted by some fluorescent lamps, ceiling fans and transformers. Some microwave ovens may also make some noise and heat less food. Computer TVs and video monitors may show a "swipe" moving across the screen; Internal Protections: The most sensitive internal circuits of an inverter must be well protected against surges caused by electrical discharges, motor starts and overload conditions. Overloads can be caused by equipment malfunctions, problems with electrical wiring, or simply too much equipment connected at the same time. An inverter should shut itself down if the battery voltage is too low to protect them from overcharge damage. Thus, certain that the present invention has the patentability requirements as Utility Model, we request the grant of the “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED ON GENERATOR, ACCUMULATOR AND ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY”.
