The present invention relates to an electronic device for use in cargo transport vehicles using security seals. The object of the invention is to record when the seal is opened or closed and to send the information to the operator over a wireless connection by recording the information in its internal memory. 2. Cargo companies have problems with improperly violating nylon safety seals currently used to seal trunks, containers, tanks, and others. In some cases the seals are broken and replaced by others or unlocked with the help of tools, always seeking access to the cargo. Therefore it is necessary to ensure the integrity of the material transported and the immediate identification of the problem. Several patents referring to the above problem have been found in the prior art. They are listed below: 3. US 7616116, wherein a reusable locking unit and a usable thermoplastic molded electrical conductive clevis once charged with black particles and having a linear resistance that is periodically monitored. The locking unit includes an integrated circuit for measuring the clevis impedance through capacitively coupled clevis terminals. The terminals allow the adjustment of the sealing clevis length in the locked safe state. 4. The terminals and clevis form an RC network with a complex impedance that manifests the adjusted locked clevis length. Two AC signals at two different frequencies are used to measure impedance that is compared to an initially determined or continuously generated reference impedance to determine a tampered clevis state. 5. Temperature compensation is also disclosed. A timestamp is stored to note the tampering time of occurrence. A battery can be used to operate the internal circuit components and power of the remote transceiver can operate the communication part of the circuit. Monitoring can be automatically periodic or activated only after an external command. LEDs show visual indication of seal violation status. Temperature compensation is also disclosed. US 4,447123, wherein the invention includes a fiber optic seal including a transparent seal body containing two spaced cavities formed within. Both ends of a fiber optic cable are respectively secured within the spaced cavities. A micro-processed electronic tester injects light at one end of the cable through a plurality of light illumination guides.
