Abstract
MÁQUINA COLHEDORA DE GRÃOS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma máquina colhedora de grãos, que compreende ao menos um rotor (2) dotado de um dispositivo côncavo (8) e de uma região de separação (12) alinhada axialmente com o dispositivo côncavo (8), uma bandeja de retorno (4) sob o rotor (2), um alimentador (3), uma peneira (11) sob a bandeja de retorno (4) e um ventilador (5), todos associados mecanicamente a um chassi da máquina colhedora, o dispositivo côncavo (8) compreendendo uma região de debulha (10), caracterizada pelo fato de que o dispositivo côncavo (8) compreende um conjunto de aletas (1, 1', 1'', 1''') a ele associadas, as aletas (1, 1', 1'', 1''') estendendo-se longitudinalmente na máquina colhedora e verticalmente em direção ao alimentador (3); e pelo fato de que um fluxo de ar (6) é provido na região entre a bandeja de retorno (4) e a peneira (11). A invenção tem como objetivo prover uma máquina colhedora de grãos que opere eficientemente em terrenos inclinados, sem perda de material e sem que ocorra embuchamento da máquina.GRAIN HARVESTING MACHINE. The present invention relates to a grain harvester machine, comprising at least one rotor (2) provided with a concave device (8) and a separation region (12) aligned axially with the concave device (8), a return tray (4) under the rotor (2), a feeder (3), a sieve (11) under the return tray (4) and a fan (5), all mechanically associated with a chassis of the harvesting machine, the concave device (8) comprising a threshing region (10), characterized in that the concave device (8) comprises a set of fins (1, 1', 1'', 1''') associated therewith, the fins (1, 1', 1'', 1''') extending longitudinally on the harvester machine and vertically towards the feeder (3); and by the fact that an air flow (6) is provided in the region between the return tray (4) and the sieve (11). The invention aims to provide a grain harvester machine that operates efficiently on sloping terrain, without loss of material and without machine bushing.
