Abstract
PROCESSO E SISTEMA DE DEFORMAÇÃO DE RANHURAS DE ESTATOR DE MÁQUINA DÍNAMO-ELÉTRICA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e um sistema de deformação de ranhuras de lâminas de estator de máquinas do tipo dínamo-elétrica capaz de promover uma adequada abertura dos canais de acomodação (2) dos condutores elétricos. Mais particularmente, a presente invenção refere-se a processo e um sistema que compreendem um conjunto de cunha de avanço (7) distribuídos radialmente ao redor da dita lâmina (1) e alinhadas com respectivas ranhuras formadas pelas abas laterais (5) de sapatas (40 adjacentes, sendo que a extermidade de cada cunha de avanço (7) possui um eprfil para interagir com um respectivo cursor linear (8), cada qual sendo provido de um pinção de deformação (9) que provoca a abertura dos canais de acomodação (2) dos condutores elétricos; e pelo menos um conjunto de haste de retorno (10) para conduzir os ditos cursores lineares (8) para a posição inicial.PROCESS AND SYSTEM FOR DEFORMATION OF DYNAMO-ELECTRIC MACHINE STATOR.
