Abstract
PROCESSO DE OBTENÇÃO E USO DO EXTRATO DE MEL PROVENIENTE DA ESPÉCIE DE ABELHA SEM FERRÃO TETRAGONA CLAVIPES FABRICIUS, 1804 (APIDAE, MELIPONINI). Estudos demostram que o mel tem propriedades antioxidante e antimicrobiana, sendo utilizado na estimulação da cicatrização de ferimentos e queimaduras e, também,no tratamento de úlceras gástricas. Dessa forma,o uso do extrato e frações do mel da espécie de abelha sem ferrão tetragona clavipes fabricius, 1804 (apidae, meliponini) com finalidade antimicrobiana e antioxidante apresenta-se como uma alternativa promissora. A presente invenção refere-se à identificação as propriedades medicinal, nutricional, farmacêutica, cosmética, alelopática, imunológica, anti-inflamatória, antimicrobiana e antioxidante no campo humano, veterinário, agronômico, alimentício e ambiental do extrato e frações do mel da espécia de abelha sem ferrão T. clavipes, obtidos por extração utilizando a resina amberlite<32> XAD-2. A invenção está relacionada também às formas farmacêuticas e dosagens galênicas líquidas, semi-sólidas e sólidas tais como soluções,suspensões,emulsões,aerossol,pós,cápsulas,tabletes,co mprimidos e drágeas, todas as quais contendo preparações originárias do extrato e frações do mel da espécie de abelha sem ferrão T. clavipes,obtidos pelo processo mencionado acima.PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING AND USING THE HONEY EXTRACT FROM THE IRON BEET SPECIES TETRAGONA CLAVIPES FABRICIUS, 1804 (APIDAE, MELIPONINI). Studies show that honey has antioxidant and antimicrobial properties, being used in the stimulation of wound healing and burns, and also in the treatment of gastric ulcers. Thus, the use of honey extract and fractions of the stingless bee species tetragona clavipes fabricius, 1804 (apidae, meliponini) for antimicrobial and antioxidant purposes is a promising alternative. The present invention relates to the identification of the medicinal, nutritional, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, allelopathic, immunological, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties in the human, veterinary, agronomic, food and environmental field of bee species extract and fractions stingless T. clavipes, obtained by extraction using the amberlite resin <32> XAD-2. The invention also relates to solid, semi-solid and solid dosage forms and dosage forms such as solutions, suspensions, emulsions, aerosols, powders, capsules, tablets, tablets and dragons, all of which contain preparations originating from the extract and fractions thereof. honey of the stingless bee species T. clavipes, obtained by the process mentioned above.
