Abstract

"MICROSFERA DE DOIS FáRMACOS ANTI-TUBERCULARES E UM POLìMERO BIODEGRADáVEL ADMINISTRADO SOMENTE POR INALAçãO OU COMBINADA COM A VIA ORAL, E PROCESSO". OF TWO ANTI-TUBERCULAR DRUGS AND A BIODEGRADABLE POLYMER MANAGED ONLY BY INHALATION OR COMBINED WITH THE ORAL ROUTE AND PROCESS". The present invention relates to a biodegradable microparticle composition useful for drug delivery specific for controlling pulmonary tuberculosis, said composition comprising two anti-tubercular drugs, and a biodegradable drug delivery polymer in a ratio of about 1: 2 to 2: 1, and to a process for preparing the composition and, finally, to a method of treating pulmonary tuberculosis in an individual, said method comprising administering only by inhalation or in combination with the oral route of a pharmaceutically effective amount. of the composition to the individual in need thereof, wherein the dosage for inhalation ranges from 0.5 to 10 mg / kg body weight / day, and orally it ranges from 4 to 32 mg / kg body weight / day.
