Abstract

"CONSTRUçãO DE TREMONHA DE ENTRADA PARA UMA BOMBA DE FUSO DUPLO". Uma construção de tremonha de entrada para uma bomba de fuso duplo compreende dois fusos de alimentação se encaixando mutuamente (1, 1<39>), os referidos fusos de alimentação (1, 1<39>) sendo posicionados no fundo da tremonha de entrada (3) para a alimentação do material em direção à bomba de fuso duplo, e dois fusos de bomba se encaixando mutuamente (2, 2<39>) alinhados coaxialmente com os fusos de alimentação (1, 1<39>) e posicionados em uma carcaça de bomba com folgas apertadas com a referida carcaça (4) e entre as hélices e as ranhuras se encaixando mutuamente. A tremonha de entrada (3) é formada com um ajuste apertado com a parte de fundo dos fusos de alimentação (1, 1<39>) e um alargamento para fora (5) ao longo dos lados externos dos fusos de alimentação (1, 1<39>), de modo a se permitir que o material na tremonha (3) entre nas ranhuras dos fusos de alimentação (1, 1<39>) a partir dos lados, bem como a partir do topo.
