A presente invenção diz respeito a um compósito de enchimento-fibra, um processo para sua produção, o uso de tal no fabrico de papel ou produtos de papelão e ao papel produzido dele. Mais particularmente a invenção diz respeito a um compósito de enchimento-fibra em que a morfologia e tamanho de partícula do enchimento mineral são estabelecidos pelo desenvolvimento da ligação à fibra. Até mesmo mais particularmente, a presente invenção diz respeito a um compósito de enchimento-fibra de PCC, em que as propriedades ópticas e físicas desejadas do papel produzido dele são realizadas."FILLER-FIBER COMPOSITE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING A FIBER-FILLER COMPOSITE, AND PAPER". The present invention relates to a fiberfill composite, a process for its production, the use of such in the manufacture of paper or cardboard products and the paper produced thereof. More particularly the invention relates to a fiber filler composite wherein the morphology and particle size of the mineral filler is established by the development of fiber bonding. Even more particularly, the present invention relates to a PCC fiber-filler composite, wherein the desired optical and physical properties of paper produced therefrom are realized.
