A invenção também inclui dispositivos de abertura e fechamento, que são adaptados para abrir e fechar uma saída (3) no tanque e que compreendem uma válvula dosadora inferior (5), cujo corpo de válvula (6) compreende um espaço interno (7) com um eixo geométrico vertical (8) que se comunica com o tanque, sendo que, além disto, um cabeçote de fechamento (9) forma o elemento de fechamento (12) da válvula e pode se mover entre uma posição de abertura máxima e uma posição fechada, pelo que a base maior (11) do elemento de fechamento é essencialmente nivelada com a saída (31) da válvula, deste modo fechando o tanque.
