Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA CARACTERIZAR EMULSõES INVERSAS PARA USO COMO FLUIDOS DE PERFURAçãO". Um método é apresentado para caracterizar a estabilidade de emulsão para avaliar a conveniência da emulsão para uso como fluido de perfuração na perfuração de poços subterrâneos. O método oferece um suplemento ou alternativa ao método standard de determinar a Estabilidade Elétrica da emulsão. No método da invenção, a Energia Disruptiva ou de dissociação é calculada. A Energia Disruptiva pode ser medida no mesmo ponto de teste da Estabilidade Elétrica. Um osciloscópio de armazenamento digital e um computador são usados adicionalmente ao medidor de estabilidade elétrica.
