Abstract

"VáLVULA DE ALìVIO DE PRESSãO REPARáVEL". Uma válvula de alívio de pressão reparável (2) que tem um corpo de válvula que forma uma superfície interna estriada (9) fornece campo melhorado para capacidade de reparação. A superfície estriada interna é adaptada para conjugar a uma ferramenta removível (31). Um conjunto válvula (6) é montado de forma deslizante na carcaça de válvula e desliza sob excesso de pressão para exaurir vapor a partir de um vaso (40) tal como um tanque. O corpo de válvula tem uma primeira superfície de assento (22) para conjugar com uma segunda superfície de assento (24) no conjunto válvula quando o tampão da válvula (14) está na posição fechada. A válvula de alívio tem uma vedação (28) para vedar uma interface entre o tampão da válvula e a carcaça, e uma tampa removível (8) montada próxima ao tampão da válvula, para suportar a vedação de forma mecânica. A tampa pode ser removida e a vedação pode ser substituída sem desmontagem extensiva da válvula, eliminando com isto o requisito de recalibração depois que um reparo tenha sido feito.
