Abstract
"REVESTIMENTOS FLEXìVEIS PARA SUBSTRATOS DE ELASTÈMERO". Revestimentos emissivos para substratos flexíveis, preferivelmente elastómeros ou elastómeros ligados a metal são descritos. A composição de revestimento é formada combinando-se as partes (a) e (b) onde a parte (a) compreende uma solução orgânica ou dispersão aquosa de um copolímero ou polímero contendo um grupo funcional e carga condutiva térmica e a parte (b) compreende um componente de cura líquido por exemplo um poliisocianato, uma carbodiimida, ou uma resina de amino. Os compostos de revestimentos podem ser aplicados a um substrato antes ou após o substrato ter sido vulcanizado. Os revestimentos podem ser curados em temperatura ambiente e fornecem dissipação de calor em serviço a longo prazo em elevadas temperaturas."FLEXIBLE COATINGS FOR ELASTEMERO SUBSTRATES". Emissive coatings for flexible substrates, preferably elastomers or metal bonded elastomers are described. The coating composition is formed by combining parts (a) and (b) where part (a) comprises an organic solution or aqueous dispersion of a copolymer or polymer containing a functional group and thermally conductive charge and part (b). comprises a liquid curing component for example a polyisocyanate, a carbodiimide, or an amino resin. The coating compounds may be applied to a substrate before or after the substrate has been vulcanized. Coatings can be cured at room temperature and provide heat dissipation in long term service at elevated temperatures.
