"PROCESSO DE OBTENçãO DE EXTRATOS DE CASEARIA SYLVESTRIS, PROCESSOS DE OBTENçãO DE FRAçõES ATIVAS, EXTRATOS, FRAçõES ATIVAS, USO DE EXTRATOS E FRAçõES ATIVAS, COMPOSIçãO, UNIDADE DE DOSAGEM, MéTODO PARA PREVENIR, TRATAR, COMBATER OU SUSPENDER DISTúRBIOS GASTRINTESTINAIS, MEDICAMENTO E PRINCìPIO ATIVO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma droga antiulcerogênica, mais particularmente, a uma droga que compreende uma fração ativa da planta Casearia sylvestris como componente eficaz. De forma particular a invenção trata de uma droga útil no tratamento de distúrbios do trato gastrintestinal, principalmente no tratamento de úlcera gastroduodenal, sendo que apresenta ação citoprotetora, age tanto em úlceras leves como moderadas e graves e, sendo seletiva, não apresenta ação abortiva."PROCESS OF OBTAINING SYLVESTRIS CASEARY EXTRACTS, PROCEDURES FOR ACTING FRACTIONS, EXTRACTS, ACTIVE FRACTIONS, USE OF EXTRACTS AND ACTIVE FRACTIONS, COMPOSITION, UNITY OF DOSAGE, PREPENDIUM, PREPENDIUM, PREPENDIUM, PREPENDIUM ACTIVE". The present invention relates to an antiulcerogenic drug, more particularly to a drug comprising an active fraction of the Casearia sylvestris plant as an effective component. In particular the invention deals with a drug useful in the treatment of disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, especially in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer, having cytoprotective action, acting on both mild and moderate and severe ulcers and, being selective, not abortifacient.
