Abstract
"PROCESSO DE REMOçãO AZEOTRóPICA DE áGUA A PARTIR DE éSTERES AUTOGERADOS POR ESTERIFICAçãO DE óLEOS FúSEIS DE CANADE-AçúCAR E SIMILARES". Tem por objeto um prático e inovador processo produtivo, pertencente ao campo da química, de uso mais precisamente para a obtenção de ésteres de ácidos carboxílicos, por meio do processo de esterificação de óleo fúsel bruto (1), adicionado ao reservatório inferior de um destilador (2), juntamente com a adição de ácido carboxílico (3) e catalisador (4), sendo dita mistura (5) resultante aquecida gradualmente até o início da destilação, na qual é arrastada uma mistura azeotrópica de água e ésteres de ácido carboxílico, posteriormente resfriada e retida em um receptáculo separador (6), a qual se separa em uma fase aquosa (7) e uma fase orgânica (8), formada por um ou mais ésteres, sendo esta última retornada total ou parcialmente ao reservatório inferior de um destilador (2) por meio de uma tubulação (9), e a fase aquosa (7) separada, até não ocorrer mais a formação de água de esterificação e a separação da fase aquosa (7), para a destilação fracionada da fração orgânica (8), a fim de obter ésteres de altíssimo grau de pureza."AZEOTROPIC WATER REMOVAL PROCESS FROM ESTERS SELF-GENERATED BY STERIFYING CANAL-SUGAR FUSAL OILS". Its purpose is a practical and innovative production process in the field of chemistry to be used more precisely to obtain carboxylic acid esters by the esterification process of crude fusel oil (1), added to the lower reservoir of a distiller.
