Aplicável a fibras expansivas em geral, como por exemplo algodão, lã, cortiça e outros materiais similares cujas fibras são naturalmente expansivas, devendo ser compactados para efeito de transporte e armazenamento; para a composição do fardo (1) de fibras expansivas, é utilizada uma prensa (2) convencional que pode ser dotada de diferentes números de canaletas (3); o sistema requer o uso de uma prensa (2) onde um determinado volume de fibras expansivas é comprimido e compactado para formar o fardo (1) de fibras expansivas, sendo que as placas da prensa (2) são dotadas de uma pluralidade de canaletas (3); o sistema inclui cintas plásticas (4) que desenvolvem trajetos que definem contornos paralelos (P) e cruzados (C1), formando seções (S) a cada determinada quantidade de canaletas (3); o sistema permite a obtenção de um fardo de fibras expansivas (1) a partir da atuação da prensa (2) cujas placas definem canaletas (3) em posições confrontantes, de modo a ficar configurado, junto à prensa (2) um lado de dobra (L) e um lado de alimentação (L1).
