Abstract
"PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE Pó DE MONóXIDO DE NIóBIO, MONóXIDO DE NIóBIO, E, CAPACITOR". A presente invenção refere-se ao processo de produção de pó de monóxido de nióbio (NbO) de elevada pureza, elevada superfície específica, teores de oxigênio e nitrogênio controlados e morfologia apropriada para ser usada na fabricação de capacitores, caracterizado por duas etapas de redução do pentóxido de nióbio (Nb~ 2~ O~ 5~), sendo a primeira etapa de redução por hidrogênio do pentóxido de nióbio (Nb~ 2~ O~ 5~) para dióxido de nióbio (NbO~ 2~), e a segunda etapa de redução de dióxido de nióbio (NbO~ 2~) para monóxido de nióbio (NbO), através do uso de um material coletor de oxigênio numa atmosfera conveniente que permita a transferência dos átomos de oxigênio do dióxido de nióbio (NbO~ 2~) para o material coletor, sob condições adequadas de tempo e temperatura para a formação do monóxido de nióbio (NbO). As particulas de pó de monóxido de nióbio (NbO) produzidas com o presente processo são de tamanho reduzido, têm elevada área superficial e morfologia apropriada, sendo adequadas para a produção de capacitores."NIOBIO MONOXIDE, NIOBIO MONOXIDE, AND CAPACITOR PRODUCTION PROCESS". The present invention relates to the process of producing high purity, high specific surface niobium monoxide (NbO) powder, controlled oxygen and nitrogen contents and suitable morphology for use in capacitor manufacturing, characterized by two reduction steps. niobium pentoxide (Nb ~ 2 ~ O ~ 5 ~), the first step being the hydrogen reduction of niobium pentoxide (Nb ~ 2 ~ O ~ 5 ~) to niobium dioxide (NbO ~ 2 ~), and the The second step is to reduce niobium dioxide (NbO ~ 2 ~) to niobium monoxide (NbO) by using an oxygen collecting material in a convenient atmosphere that allows the transfer of oxygen atoms from niobium dioxide (NbO ~ 2). ~) for the collecting material under appropriate time and temperature conditions for the formation of niobium monoxide (NbO).
